The Scottish Salmon starter and the assorted cheese plate for dessert were amazing! But I ordered the Halibut for my entree and was not at all impressed - overcooked and dry!

Fantastic food and atmosphere. The wild and weird of Aspen can be viewed nightly. Great people watching. Sit at the bar and get a taste of the rich and famous. Be advised it is pricey but worth it.

It's a little hard to find Cache Cache the first time, but well worth it when you do. This was our 5th time dining there in the last 10 years. Great menu and wine list, and a well oiled team in place makes this a great restaurant. We had the Veal Osso Bucco, and the Rotisserie Chicken. both were excellent, We had the Olivier Leflaive ”Les Sétilles” Chardonnay, Burgundy by the glass and a half bottle of St-Innocent “Shea” – Willamette. Hard to beat the food and wine here even though it's Aspen.

Must have been end of season burnout as I visited CacheCache in early April. An uneventful dinning experience, staff seemed to be stoned or something seriously. The food was pretty good but not exceptional. Dunno there are a lot of great restaurants in Boulder, many of which I would prefer to eat at.
