“photo op!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 22, 2014

I hiked in before sunrise in June, many years ago. A near freezing early morning hike that was ski jacket in and a big enough pack to stash it on the way out. The place is beautiful. Make sure you have plenty of camera memory and battery. Worth schlepping a tripod! If you can make it for the sunrise color you may be rewarded with memories and photos of a Rocky Mountain gem.

“Government trail - mountain biking”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 9, 2012

we were on Gov't trail - i think this is the one this title refers too. not a beginner trail. challanging for intermediates, a blast for advanced. travel Snowmass to Aspen. more down than up. Rocks, roots, drops, climbs, streams, steep in places, beautiful meadows (elk) did i mention limited oxygen? 95% single track.

“great runs for all”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 19, 2012

great grooming and you have a choice wide runs and trees
groomers and not groomed trails the only thing that disturbed me was the fact that for two day I Did NOT seen a single ski patrol on the mountain and were there from 9.15 am to 4.30 pm
and that is iffy from the safety aspect point of view
