We dined outside and each had the "Alaska" Eggs Benedict. The eggs were done perfectly, the sauce light and not lopped on, and the salmon excellent. The OJ was fresh squeezed, and delicious, too. The service was spot on! Great place.

We wanted a good breakfast before we rode the Rio Grande Trail from Aspen to Glenwood. We went to Aspen Over Easy based on the good reviews. I ordered the smoked salmon omelette, which was very good - with a lot of salmon. It was very large and I could not finish it (could easily be shared). The man who seated us was a crabapple, but our server was very nice. We would eat here again, but we'd also like to try some of the other Aspen breakfast spots.

The food is really delicious and more than enough so you don't go away hungry. Clean and friendly. My omelette was cooked perfectly.

We decided to wing a trip to Aspen and stumbled upon Aspen Over Easy! It was such an incredible experience! We sat outside which was great for people watching. We ordered some burgers and eggs benedict! It was amazing! Food was tasty, service was really quick and our waitress was very intuitive to our needs. It was one of the best meals we had on vacation! When in Aspen, please make sure to visit. Just remember, they close at 3. :)

We spotted the brewery sign, and being with a home-brewing guy, we went back for lunch. However, the brewery (tasting room) is upstairs, no food, and not open until noon. No alcohol can leave the space. Food is downstairs. The menu downstairs does include the brews from upstairs but just not what we were looking for. Not a bad choice, just unexpected.
