Great casual atmosphere, very clean.
I warmly recommended omelet with veggies. Very good locations, right on Durante Avenue close to Gondola and bus station, on the corner , you can not miss it.
HAPPY HOLIDAYS

My favorite breakfast spot in Aspen as the espresso drinks are strong and flavorful. They have a nice selection of baked goods including some delicious muffin tops. The decor is rather odd and the seating could be more comfortable, but it's definitely the best place in town if you want good espresso!!

Casual atmosphere, always filled by locals, really great food, varied menu - great coffees, soups, salads, sandwiches and pastries (that aren't 2,000 calories each). Organic and wholesome, try my favorite Macha lemonade, I offer it to friends, they look at the green color and reluctantly take a sip ~ which is always followed by a wide open eyed smiley face and "oh my that IS GOOD".
The owner is from Australia, so watch out for other Aussies, always a fun group to be around!

Over the past two days I've experimented with this well-situated little place in Aspen;
and I did enjoy the perfect omelette for breakfast but bacon way, way overcooked- had to send back. For dinner, meal was good- and very decent wine, but staff not knowledgeable about the wine selection, at all.
Here's the thing--if you are traveling and need internet here...forget it. They are very
strict about internet and do charge you an exorbitant price. Bring your own hotspot or go
elsewhere in town.
Good little wine bar and nice outdoor seating close to everything.

Victoria's was the first place I found in Colorado that made a Flat White - and a very good one at that. I wandered down to Victoria's every morning for a coffee during our recent stay in Aspen and it was an excellent way to start the day. The service can be a little slow, but this is real coffee they're making so a little bit of leeway should be allowed... We went as a family one afternoon for a quick drink that it proved just as good later in the day.
