The room renovation at the St. Regis took the property to a whole new level, I was so blown away! Great service all around, excellent new restaurant called Chef's Club, all right at the base of Shadow Mountain, hence the name of their sweet new cocktail lounge, SML. I don't know why you would stay anywhere else in Aspen.

Our family just got home from Aspen and the St Regis was just perfect. Our room was beautiful and the location can't be beat. The bus station is right across the street and the buses are free to all of the other ski areas. This is really a world class property!

We stayed 3 nights over New Years. Staff went far and beyond to make everything great! Will stay again for sure. The front desk was helpful and polite. One evening my children left their goggles at the pool, we asked the front desk if they were found, they said "please enjoy the pool we will bring them to you " with in a few moments security brought us all of my children's goggles!

Had an excellent stay here over Christmas. Good location, excellent restaurant on premises. Wonderful staff that were extremely helpful. Absolutely no complaints! I will be returning in 2013 with family and friends.

Nice hotel and rooms. Total disaster with lobby and breakfast service. They decided to cut costs by hiring free interns from Colombia and other South American countries. No supervision or management. We would sit down and no joke three or four waitresses would come up to us asking for our order. Top it off, bad attitude also. Lobby is the worse, guests all complaining about total lack of service. One Chinese girl (intern?) speaks no English ? One waiter? Zero management. Felt like motel 6 service, maybe worse. No management, what a joke! Trying to save money with foreign interns, what a joke! Never will stay there again.

I would like to comment that we do have students here on visas and they are tested in English and they do receive payment for their work at the same rate we pay our regular staff. The St. Regis Aspen Resort consistently receives positive comments from our guests, if you happened to encounter the exception rather than the rule during your stay, please accept our most sincere apologies as that type of behavior neither meets St. Regis standards nor certainly your expectations.

Im not easy to satisfy but i promise you will not be disappointed by this hotel. Dan is not only charming but knows how to pour a good cocktail. Vesela provided amazing service fireside. Kyle was always there to tend to our every need. If one word could sum it up... Exceptional.

Just returned from another amazing trip to the St. Regis Aspen. The facility is newly renovated and the results are spectacular. The decor is both comfortable and stylish, honoring the St.Regis legacy and moving the Astor tradition forward. While the surroundings are new, what remains is the caring service expertly provided by a staff that has been together for as long as I can remember. With so many friendly welcoming faces, returning to the St. Regis Aspen feels more like going home than staying in a hotel. Aspen is blessed with many choices for luxury lodging, the St. Regis sets the standard. The butlers are a particularly nice amenity!!

Room Tip: The balconies on the Grand Deluxe Rooms are great
