Description: It's been called Aspen's "finest spot to wine, dine and unwind." The name element 47 pays tribute to silver, the precious metal that first put Aspen on the map, and to the finest silver service cuisine -for breakfast, lunch, apres and dinner, 7 days a week. Our team of culinary and wine professionals is one very good reason we have enjoyed the rare 5-Star, 5-Diamond ranking for so long. Whether you ski in for lunch, drop in at the bar for a more casual rendezvous, or join us for the most special of occasions, you'll be greeted with warmth, not formality. You'll find the ambience - ceiling-height glass cases with some of our rarest wines, art by Michelle Grabner, Cameron Martin, Angel Otero, Scott Reeder, Philip Vanderhyden, Jose Lerma - as fine as the dining.

Great coffee and I'm a real snob about that...The buffet was very fresh, the service was perfect. Delish!!

Not only was the food outstanding, it was creatively presented so that the visual was as pleasantly surprising as the taste. We took pictures of every dish. The winter vegetable salas was art. It's a great experience.

Even by Aspen standards, Element 47 knocked it out of the park. Our party of 3 women had a wonderful dinner over nearly 3 hours, and never felt rushed. Given that we split appetizers and entrees, it was VERY affordable. Incredible service, very well thought out wine list, excellent presentation and of course, delicious. The staff was very knowledgeable about the food, the chef, the Little Nell, and we felt very comfortable - like we were very important to them. Excellent. Will be back.

Element 47 is one of the best restaurants I've eaten at in years. Michelin star worthy. The food is just fantastic. Well presented and wine pairing available. You would typically order a small, med and large dish for one person for one full meal. We did this, for 2 people. We actually shared all our dishes and they split the plates in the kitchen for us. 6 course meal. Actually the chef sent out a few pre dinner complimentary tasters and think we got a few bites on the house for dessert too. Loved every bite. The atmosphere is lovely and as it's in a ski town you're able to show up casual in jeans or dress up if you wish. Everything goes. Eat here. You won't be disappointed. Enjoy!
