The Rock statues were nice and easy to get too across from the visitor center. The area is peaceful.

It is right off the Main street of Aspen... almost too easy to get to. The park has been beautifully land scaped. Flowers were blooming. Great little stream going thru the park - you can walk on the rocks over the stream. Loved all of John Denver's lyrics etched into the stones.... He would have loved it! I left humming his songs.

This sanctuary is absolutely beautiful. I was a little hesitant to go and asked some locals if it was worth it and they all said yes. I'd have to agree - its great! It is truly such a nice dedication to John Denver. The song lyrics on the rocks may also move you to tears. :-)

Tip: It's just across downtown from Main Street, so you don't have to walk far!

I have been a John Denver fan for 38yrs. I have always to see this place. I was so upset that everything looked so dumpy. I left crying. Estes is a much better place to stay!
