“Breath taking...”
Reviewed July 29, 2013

Took a gondola ride to the top and then had a guided meditation session lead by the most amazing guru. Loved the views and clean air. So refreshing. Then did a guided nature trail. Very informative.

“Difficult hike up the mountain, but worth it”
Reviewed July 22, 2013

We hiked up Aspen Mountain and took the gondola down (although the gondola charges a fee to ride up the mountain, it is free to ride it down). It is not an easy hike, quite steep in places....a 3500 foot climb over 3 miles, so a very good workout. It's labelled the Ute Trail at the bottom of Aspen Mountain. You'll reach a stunning view of the city below with some rocks to rest on, about 1/3 way to the top. This is a good point to turn around if you don't want to commit to going all the way up to the top of the mountain. If you go on up to the top, you'll find a cafeteria, picnic tables, incredibly gorgeous vistas....AND the world's highest Disc Golf Courses! I definitely recommend, if you can handle the climb.

“Aspen is for the skiier!”
Reviewed June 16, 2013

We love to ski and Aspen never disappoints. An excellent mountain with great, challenging runs. Also nice because there are fewer snow-boarders here, making it a joy to ski.

“Stunning views”
Reviewed June 10, 2013

The ride up is 18 minutes and what looks to be the top from the bottom is only half way. Once at the top the views are breathtaking. The weather was great and the crowds were not over bearing. The restaurant was delicious and had board games for the patrons. Simply a delight.
