Great food and coffee for a greater purpose! I love the "London Fog" on a cold morning, and all the healthy choices.

This is what a coffeehouse should be. Right out of the TV series "Friends" . Try the Americano. May be the best ever!

We really enjoy the coffee and the snacks, and love the fact that it is all in support of nonprofits. It is a welcoming space. We stop in every time we are in Alamosa.

Hi 1978mrs,
Wanted to at least be quick with a response! Thank you so much for mentioning that experience. I'm not sure why it took longer on this particular day and it may have happened more than once, but we will certainly talk about it as a staff to see how we can improve. Worth noting is since we are a social enterprise whose mission is to raise as much as possible for the needs of the San Luis Valley, we are always conscious of keeping expenses as low as possible, thereby causing us to lean toward leaner side of staffing. Another more unique possibility: you may know that Milagros' parent organization is La Puente and during the summer in particular, we have workgroups from all over Colorado and other parts of the country that come to volunteer for about a week at a time - well, they all meet at Milagros each morning and it can mean a big influx of people. I know right now we have 2 workgroups in town and one is a great bunch of guys from Littleton who are big time coffee drinkers! That may have been a factor since you just posted this review after the time they probably met. Just thinking it through, could have been most anything really, but thanks for bringing it up so we can try to improve!!
