Food, wine and beer. Atmosphere. Ember has it all.

Chef Brian Collins brings the California farm-to-table philosophy to the Five Cities, promising to deliver five-star experiences with awesome food, superb staff, and local libations.

“Great Experiance”
Reviewed February 9, 2014

Had a great experience at Ember tonight on their second night in business. We started with the Prosciutto wrapped artichoke, wood fired squid & ricotta gnocchi. All very good & just enough to leave you with great expectations of things to come. Then we moved on to the chicken under a brick, grilled Swordfish & rib eye steaks. Chicken from restaurantsIsn't usually my thing, but this was super yummy. The swordfish was giant & perfectly done. The steaks were cooked to order & perfectly seasoned. I don't usually go for dessert but I figured what the heck & went for the lemon raspberry tart. Yum!!! Also got to sample the kiwi coconut custard & chocolate cake. The beer and wine menu is excellent & all locally sourced. Next time I'll have to save room for some pizza from that beautiful pizza oven! All in all the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, food & drink was excellent & the service was prompt & friendly. Looking forward to my next visit.
