Went there to see my niece dance. Great event, family fun. The people who direct you where your seats are and the crew that usher you our were so rude and in such a hurry to get us out that I'll never return. My Mother who was using a walker was hurried to the point of embarrassment. Terrible experience.

Though smaller than it's bigger competitor, the Performing Arts Center at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, we like the Clark Center better. Every seat is a good seat. You feel close up and personal with the performers. They offer a wide range of performers including many of the older music stars. We enjoyed Joan Baez and Judy Collins in separate concerts last year. Also, the price of tickets is generally much less than those at the SLO Performing Arts Center. Plenty of FREE parking as well. Enjoy a performance there.

Attended Sorcerer Productions' "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof" on Feb 11 - and they did a GREAT job with this classic Tennessee Williams tale of love, life, dysfunctional family dynamics, and impending death, set in the American South in the 1950s. Performances by Molly Williams Stuckey as Maggie the cat, and Tom Ammon as Big Daddy Pollitt were especially strong. This show runs through Feb 26 at the Clark Center Studio Theatre and is WELL worth seeing!

We were impressed by the smaller to moderate size of the venue, the beautiful modern facility and the acts they have drawn. One of our favorite bands, "The Riders in the Sky" were playing and we drove from Fresno to see them. Can't wait to return.

A small venue, but very nicely laid out... you won't get a bad seat. This is very close to my house, so I don't worry about parking, but because it is on the Arroyo Grande High School property, ample parking is available. If your event is on the same night as a school game, then you might need to park just across the street at the Gospel Lighthouse church {has a REAL lighthouse, good landmark). They have good parking there too, and it is OK to park there.
