This is the first review I have ever been inspired to write, as I have never been so pleased with a stay as I have been while having the honor of being a guest at Casitas of Aroyo Grande.

The lovely views of the beautiful countryside, the quiet, peaceful surroundings and the comforts they provide for each guest is what makes this stay a delight from beginning to end.

My husband and I decided we needed to "getaway", but staying in a noisy hotel or going to a crowded touristy area, just did not fit the bill. When I found the website for Casitas of Aroyo Grande, I felt a peace and had hoped it was half as good as the website touted. I was overjoyed when I saw that the website counld not do this gem justice, as there is no way to capture the tranquility and beauty of this home.

The hospitality of the owners Pat and Tony, was a perfect mix of welcoming and yet allowed for the privacy we so needed.
Delicious hot breakfast was brought to you al fresco on your private coutyeard at the time you request.

Can't wait to go back for our 30 year anniversary next year!!

Peaceful, quiet cottage overlooking rolling hills on California's central coast wine country. Sat on our private deck and drank coffee which was brought early, watching the fog rescind until the sun emerged and a lovely breakfast was brought. Crepes Suzette and fresh Califonria strawberries on the deck of our private patio after sleeping in a cozy plush king size bed. You must stay and allow Tony and Pat to be your hosts.

My wife and I decided to escape the clutches of LA for Labor Day, and enjoyed a three night stay at The Casitas of Arroyo Grande. Views, views, views! Stars (of the good variety) overhead. Fog creeps up the hillside at night and shrouds everything. The lap pool feels like luxury royal-style. Tony and Pat are great cooks and accommodating hosts. The location of the B&B was perfect. Close to SLO, Pismo Beach, and an hour or so from Hearst Castle. Wineries abound close by. Go. Do not think twice. Go go go.

Loved it, loved it, loved it. Stayed there 2 nights, and the worst part was having to leave. Situated atop a hill, looking out over the beautiful valley below. Four individual casitas, all equipped with real, woodburning fireplace, mini fridge, robes, beautiful furnishings and linens. Each has its own private patio. Grounds are meticulously maintained and bursting with flowers and fruit trees. Dozens of hummingbirds, some of which came right up to take a look at me. A birdwatcher's paradise. Pat and Tony couldn't be more gracious hosts. Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly but not at all intrusive. Great restaurant recommendations. I forgot my phone charger, and Tony was kind enough to lend me his. After 2 nights, you will feel like you've known them forever. Great breakfasts included in your stay are delivered to your room or patio at the time of your choosing. My hubby is an early riser, so Tony even brought him a pot of coffee to tide him over till I dragged myself out fo the cozy, king-sized bed. First day, breakfast was crepes suzette, next day egg souffle with homemade baked goods. Yum. They will gladly accommodate any special dietary needs. I hope I can make teh Casitas an annual visit.

Let me just start with the view.... oh the view.... what a wonderful, glorious view! The Casitas are surrounded by rolling hillsides and vineyards. How to de-stress in 1 minute? A glass of wine, a quick dip in the lap pool and a breathtaking view of the vineyards.

My husband and I traveled with 2 other couples and so had the place all to ourselves. We enjoyed a wonderful fondue reception on the patio which we turned into dinner with a chicken and grapefruit salad and some bottles of wine (from our day of wine tasting - don't miss B & E Winery, it was our hands down favorite! ) The salad and wine complimented the fondue perfectly! Tony and Pat joined us for an al fresco dining experience that was unforgettable! They are wonderful people and made us feel like old friends.

The casitas are delightful! We stayed in Mariposa and enjoyed morning coffee on our private patio overlooking the valley. The breakfast was THE BEST!!!! Black Forest Ham and cheese souffle, berry scones, fresh fruit and fresh squeezed orange juice - what a treat! You absolutely do NOT want to miss breakfast!

The Casitas of Arroyo Grande make you feel like you are at a 5 star resort ... but with the privacy of home. The CAsitas are a hidden gem and not to be missed on a visit to the Central Coast.

This is an amazing property for a B&B. An absolutely beautiful home on over seven acres. It really looks like the photos on the web site and TripAdvisor.
Tony was an amazing host. He provided excellent suggestions for where to eat and things to do and he was truly a nice guy. Unfortunately, we did not have the pleasure of meeting his wife, Pat, as she was out of town.
We felt the best part was that the casitas are in fact separate buildings. That equals privacy!
We stayed in Sonrisa, the most reclusive of the four casitas, and felt comfortable enough to leave the shades on most of the windows open. And with that view, it was almost mandatory! There was another couple staying at the Casitas and we never really knew they were there.
The delicious breakfast is brought to your room, not served family style, which is just the way we like it. There is also no afternoon meet and greet, so if you prefer the socializing aspect of a B&B stay, you might find that a detraction, but we thought is was perfect!

My girlfriends and I wanted to get away for a relaxing weekend. Free of stressful work duties and family obligations. We stayed 2 nights with the first night just hanging out on our beautiful patio with endless views, having wine & cheese and enjoying the company of good friends. Day 2, we visited the many wineries within a short distance of the Casitas, had a picnic lunch at one of the wineries and then finished our day with a nice dinner in town and a fire in the Casita. Day 3, off to Pismo beach to visit the Ocean and do some shopping. It was exactly what we needed. Tony and Pat went out of their way to make sure we knew what entertainment options were availalbe in the area and breakfast was Excellent - right out of Bon Appetite Magazine
