Got take out for 4. The Mu Shu was the best. Also enjoyed Chicken with Cashews, Beef Broccoli, Kung Pao Chicken and Won Ton Soup. The Won Ton Soup was xnt, lots of ingredients and one order fed 4 of us easily.

We enjoyed the other dishes, and it was clear the meat ingredients were very good quality. But, if I closed my eyes, I really couldn't tell if I was eating chicken or beef. Hence the less than 5 star rating. Until I find something better locally, I would order from here again.

This is one of the bigger and better Chinese restaurant - clean and neat surroundings, efficient service, good food and great value.
Most of the diners are Chinese, always a good indicator of authentic Chinese good eats.
Highly recommended : Lotus leaf wrapped steamed pork-ribs. You get 4 pieces in each order. It comes steaming hot. Unwrapping the lotus leaf reveals moist, sticky rice with a tender piece of pork-rib tucked in the center. Perfectly seasoned and slightly spicy, the meat slides off the bone. Yum!
White fish deep fried in a light, crunchy, batter dusted with seaweed was another winner although it was somewhat salty.
Sauteed Crab with Spring onion and Ginger sauce was finger licking good! Sliced Lotus root stuffed sticky rice was an interesting appetizer. Chang Garden is always busy but the turnover is quick.
2 thumbs up vote. Good place to feed big groups too!

Chang's Garden is the authentic thing. If you like pigs' intestines with blood meat, this is your place. (Believe me, it really is excellent.) For the less adventurous among us, try the beans with tofu sheet, or the green onion pancakes. Lots of traditional dishes for the unadventurous, lots of exotic dishes if you want to try something new. The clientele is almost all Chinese. Beer and wine; you can bring your own wine for a tiny corkage fee (if they remember to charge you).
