This is one of the bigger and better Chinese restaurant - clean and neat surroundings, efficient service, good food and great value.
Most of the diners are Chinese, always a good indicator of authentic Chinese good eats.
Highly recommended : Lotus leaf wrapped steamed pork-ribs. You get 4 pieces in each order. It comes steaming hot. Unwrapping the lotus leaf reveals moist, sticky rice with a tender piece of pork-rib tucked in the center. Perfectly seasoned and slightly spicy, the meat slides off the bone. Yum!
White fish deep fried in a light, crunchy,batter dusted with seaweed was another winner although it was somewhat salty.
Sauteed Crab with Spring onion and Ginger sauce was finger licking good! Sliced Lotus root stuffed sticky rice was an interesting appetizer. Chang Garden is always busy but the turnover is quick.
