“great room-separate room sections-low wifi”
Reviewed January 11, 2014

room had hot tub/shower bathroom, separate dining/living room, and separate bedroom. wifi has been iffy for several years-ok in lobby and when you sit in front of your room door facing lobby about 50 ft away

After checking in we went straight to our suite only to have a problem with the door key. Went back to the desk a couple of times but had to be reassigned another room. The room itself was clean and tidy, and the hotel provided us additional towels and grooming aids. The staff was pleasant and friendly. We stayed two nights to attend a family function and on the second night we encountered lock out issues with our keys again and had to walk down again to the front desk to have all our keys rerun. I've stayed at numerous hotels due to my love to travel and my previous job of continually traveling, and unfortunately I wasn't too impressed. The continental breakfast was ok, just rather simple. I would stay here again due to the location of the hotel and it's cleanliness.

Reasonably priced, well-maintained, and clean. My room had a microwave, refrigerator, and a reasonable number of tv channels. WiFi was clear. I didn't use the pool but the fitness center was ok and had small towels. My only complaint was that I couldn't find (and the clerk didn't know of) any nearby trails to run on - a shame given the location.

Room Tip: I asked for and received an upstairs room in the back. It was nice and quiet.

I've stayed at this BW several times when in town for family functions. The staff is always nice, accommodations clean with ample parking. The continental breakfast is exactly that. Simple with muffins, yogurt, breakfast sandwiches to heat up, single waffle maker, coffee, tea and juice available until 10am all in the lobby area. I've never checked out the work out facilities, but the pool and adjacent hot tub are very clean. Accommodations had a small refrigerator, microwave and fireplace which I didn't use. Only advice I can provide is for those who don't or can't use stairs, ensure your room is on the first floor. Overall, this meets my needs for a 2 day stay.

Room Tip: For those who can't use stairs, ask for a room on the bottom floor as there isn't an elevato...

We have stayed at many hotels this year and by far this was a shame how the room had been kept and the amenities it provides. The room was filthy, it's winter but the summer sheets were still on and had to ask for more blankets at the front desk. Breakfast is a laugh and the ONLY saving grace is that the people here do care and are extremely helpful.

I was able to change my reservation from 1 to 2 beds was ease. Staff immediately greeted me at the front desk checking in and checking out. Did not have a chance to check out the continental breakfast since leaving prior to 7:00.

Room Tip: Wish there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Stayed in min-suite! Very clean, spacious! Great staff! Highly recommend--The only "complaint" that I would lodge is that the rooms did not have DVD player and not really a complaint--should have checked amenities more carefully! Great location and felt very secure at the property.
