The service was good, I can't complain about the rooms, the free breakfast wasn't as good as it could have been, but my friends and I went down and had a snack and we did last until lunch so there are enough options to make it through your morning so... it served it purpose. The pool is good, it is in a great area of Anaheim and we didn't drive hardly at all until we went to the beach which is only a few minutes further. If you're headed to Disney Land, this is honestly a great budget hotel, and for the price, we didn't expect an impeccable stay, but it was a great deal and a good stay. We weren't looking for anything expensive because we were just looking for a place to sleep at night because we knew we would be gone all day, so if you're in that boat, this is a great place to look into more. Like I mentioned, it's in a good area of the city and we got back to the hotel every night in the dark and we never felt uncomfortable or like we were in danger. There wasn't anyone strange hanging around, everything was quite comfortable and we didn't have to worry about that while we were there.

Staff needs to pay much more attention to detail when processing a reservation.. Had strange man enter room @ night due to front desk not having me located in the correct room. Breakfast was very good.

Thinking a days in would be good but it wasn’t the room was gross hair all over the table and floors. The fridge needed to be defrosted we couldn’t use the freezer at all. The pool had a broken handle to get into it. I had to ask for wash cloths every day they brought hand towels....
