We are disney fans, with over ten trips to disney world. This hotel is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed, The detail in every room is outstanding, as is the property and cleanliness. I could have lived in our lobby at the the Frontier tower...the music, decor it is all calming and uplifting and wonderful. I could not have been happier in the happiest place on earth!

Room Tip: we got a preferred room with a pool view...I think it was so worth it!

We had booked the Mickey Mouse Penthouse Suite for 5 nights. The room was very well done and maintained. it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a powder room. Room service was average. My main problem was the service and inefficiency both at the hotel and the park. I switched credit cards mid-trip and this completely messed up there system. I was unable to charge anything to the room for the rest of the trip. I would recommend this room and hotel if you want a great room and an excellent view of the parks and fireworks, but service has some improving to do, especially compared to there Florida counter part.

We stay at the Disney hotels each time we go to Disneyland. The updated Disneyland Hotel didn't disappoint. The location is so convenient to the park and Downtown Disney, the rooms are very nice and the beds are comfortable. The staff, as always, does an excellent job. We didn't have a view room, but were in the Fantasy Tower and were able to watch the fireworks from our room. It can be a little pricey but for us the extra cost is worth the added convenience and comfort!!

On checking in we were upgraded to a one bedroom suite for 5 nights. Thank you Disneyland for spreading some magic.
The room was in the Frontier Tower, which was a littler further over than the other two towers, but really wasn't a problem.
We were located on the 5th floor and our balcony looked out over Downtown Disney with view to fireworks and occasionally we could see World of Colour.
Open entry there is a kitchen area (which we didn't use), a large lounge area, then off that is a spacious bedroom and bathroom.
The bed was large and comfortable, with view to the pool. The Disney touches were lovely, with Mickey Mouse imprints on the sheets. Hidden Mickeys in the carpet. Bathroom also had gentle reminders of exactly where we were.

Trader Sam's bar was a lot of fun. With lots to see and keep you entertained. It isn't large so don't try going at peak times.
We loved our Disneyland trip and a lot of it had to do with the hotel. One down side was I felt it was a fair distance to the resort after being used to staying at Park Vue but I survived.

One of my greatest memories of all time was staying at the Disneyland Hotel. You start living the Disney magic the second you walk through the front door. The lobby is both beautiful, as well as entertaining.

While the big kids (the parents) are checking in, the younger kids can sit in teacups, watch a movie while sitting in their own royal throne, or even check out the gift shop. The rooms are an experience of their very own; Walt Disney's legacy is in ever corner.

The staff is absolutely amazing! It was definitely worth every penny. Thanks Disney for every happy memory. Can't wait to go back!
