Recently Renovated. Clean and Neat. Nice for a family. This isn't the Four Seasons or a Disney Resort, but it's a nice clean place to hang your hat for an Anaheim/Disney Vacation. But I think you get alot more than you would at all of the similarly priced hotels in the area. The valet parking is a nice touch. It is $10 a day additional and is NOT an option. It's mandatory. But it's also well worth it. Most hotels charge $10-20 for self park in Anaheim. Small little private pool with (2) hot tubs. Pool area was immaculate. Honestly, everything was super clean. Some stuff was dated, but it was clean!!! We pulled out of another hotel because of reviews on here about bugs/ants etc. Nothing like that here at all. Didn't see so much as a fly the whole time.
Breakfast was pastry, muffins, toast, cereal, donuts, toaster waffles, juice, coffee and some fruit. Again, it's not the Four Seasons. But it's free and fresh. (Hit up Disney Pardise Pier for breakfast one morning. It was awesome! Make reservations) We will definitely stay here again on our next trip out in a few years. We aren't the types to hang out at the pool all day. We wake up and we go exploring. I can sit at a pool back home. The front desk, the valets, the concierge, and the housekeeping were all super super nice and friendly. And not in a fake friendly way. Really nice people! We only had (2) complaints. #1 The bedding sheets and blanket were meh. We actually went out and bought a blanket. #2 The noise was a little much. You can't blame the noise on the hotel, more as the guests. We had some inconsiderate guests come back between 12AM-2AM and were really loud in the hallways. REALLY LOUD. We have a 4 year old, and were just happy he didn't wake up.
Close to the highway for other trips. Check out the beaches, a Mission and the drive to San Diego was a nice ride. Check out the mountain view from the roof deck. It's awesome. The only reason it didn't get a five out of five with us was the sheets. Get some fabric softener Peacock!!!
Special side note: You can catch the ART Shuttle Bus to Disneyland right out front for a nominal fee. They, as MANY/MOST of the hotels that claim to have shuttle bussing, use the ART. My brother-in-law was staying at the much more exensive Sheraton and he was on the ART. I have seen some complaints about the shuttle. The shuttle is just about the same for all hotels. Temper your expectations and you will have a great time. For those who have stayed at a Disney WORLD Good Neighbor in Florida, you will find the entire experience to be not quite as nice as Florda. But remember, Florida has the benefit of their own self inclusive city and Disney bus line.
