Description: Our small, casual restaurant offers shabu-shabu (hot pot) and pho noodle soup made with farm-fresh and organic ingredients. Organic meats, meats without added hormones or antibiotics, wild-caught seafood, four sauces, free refills for our hot pot veggies-it's a hot pot experience unlike any other. We make our broths, sauces, ice cream, and more in-house. We also have bowls and wraps, poke, smoothies, boba drinks, as well as many gluten-free and vegan options. We've got something for everyone!

Love the shabu shabu style cooking but the vegetarian option is ridiculous. You will get less than 3 oz of tofu. Can you say rip off?

Eating healthy at home can be challenging; healthy restaurant eating almost impossible. We were drawn to this place because of the focus on organic and fresh ingredients. My friend is vegan and she was thrilled with the hot pot she ordered which came with a heap of a large variety of vegetables and customizable seasonings. We shared the appetizer of spiraled zucchini in a tasty sauce. I ordered a salad with salmon accompanied by miso soup and edamame in a spicy covering—all delicious. It made for a filling but light dinner. This restaurant has some unique features to it and since it was our first time there, I felt the staff could have been more forthcoming with the options and instructions to ease our experience. We had to flag down someone for every request.

It was an interesting experience. They put bowels of food in front of you and you have to pay them to cook your own food. If someone thinks that this is delicious, then their mother has never had a home cooked meal. The food lacked flavor and originality. Let's just hope that everything there is actually organic as this would be the only redeeming quality.

Amazing menu...delicious and fresh. Huge portions. Locations throughout SoCal. Lovely settings, many refreshing options for any meal of the day. Leave feeling full but not weighed down.

We came for dinner on a Sunday evening. When we arrived it was fairly empty, however it filled up quickly. I would advise making reservations for dinner. It is bar seating only for the hot pots. There are a couple of high tables that seat 2 people if you decide not to order the hot pot. The food is delicious and the sauces are amazing. If you don't feel like cooking they do have other options, such as chicken or salmon bowls. Try the gelato, you won't be disappointed.
