Stayed here for only one night in February. Booked it due to the good reviews here, the low price, and the proximity to Disneyland.
We had no idea that the whole front part was under construction, the room was sub-par, and the bed had a canyon in the middle of it. There are dozens and dozens of motels close to Disneyland. We were sorry that we chose this place, and were grateful that it was only for one night.

When we arrived they were working on remodeling their front desk. Upon making my reservation with them, I was not advised that their front office is in a small shed like facility in the interum. It looked like one of the construction buildings/storage units. Once we walked quite away down their facility we realized it and found the building. The front desk person was on the phone and not very attentive to us (the only ones in the office). She wasn't talking to someone about the hotel or arrangements. After she was off the phone she did a great job.
The first room we were sent to was at the back of the facility in the corner. It was a small room stuffy room. When I turned on the air/heat unit it shot out black stuff in my face (window unit). Once on, it was fine. We decided to stay with what we had until several rooms came in around 6:30pm with mostly teenagers. Their voices seemed to echo through that corner area. We left for dinner and called the front desk to see if we could get moved. She took care of this while we were out and upon arrival we picked up the new keys and moved our things over to 2nd room of the night. This room was much bigger and smelled as though it had just been cleaned. This was much better then the other room. Something I think was really great was that the front desk called about an hour later to make sure we were happy with the move. This room was obviously renovated (at least partially). The lighting was much better then the other room. My only complaint about that was the wall lights between the beds were very loose on the wall. While the beds were comfortable, both my kids bed and mine were noisy when you moved in them. The bathroom vanity area was renovated and well lit. We liked that area alot however the bath area's time was cracked in the shower and the floor (corners) didn't look very clean. The carpet seemed very clean. They had 2 side chairs in the room that were soiled and we didn't want to use them. There was some tv with movies. The only problem was that there was only 1 choice for kid movies and the remainder were not suitable for children. We had already seen the kid movie so we didn't order. We would have preferred a top floor room. The people above us came in late and kept us awake. The walking area on the 2nd floor echo'd downstairs. That was very loud in the morning.
Their breakfast room was spacious and we enjoyed the different types of food offered. They had 3 different fruit to choose from and they had waffles, toast croissant and donuts which the kids enjoyed.

We stayed in a room that had one king bed and a jacuzzi tub (in addition to the bathroom tub/shower). If it weren't for the proximity to Disneyland and that Jacuzzi tub, we probably wouldn't stay here again.

the good:

-The hotel is DIRECTLY across the street from the pedestrian access to Disneyland.

-the jacuzzi tub was wonderful after walking around for 12 hrs at Disneyland.

the bad:

-the walls are PAPER thin. I don't know if they need some sound insulation at the doors that connect the rooms or what, but it sounded like the family next door was in our room. Fortunately our room was at the end of the line, so we only had to share one wall.

-the towels and linens are old. The sheets were so worn/old that the elastic wouldn't hold the fitted sheet onto the mattress anymore and it kept sliding off every time we rolled over. The towels were old and scratchy.

the very bad:

-Both mornings that we got up when everyone was getting up to go into the park, there was NO hot water. Ok, there was lukewarm water that cycled between lukewarm and cold one morning and COLD water the next morning. The day we left we slept in and waited until after the park opened to take our showers. No problem with getting warm water then.

That said, due to the proximity of hotel to the ped access and due to the jacuzzi, I'd probably stay here again. But only in a room with a jacuzzi. Otherwise it's not worth it to me and I'd rather stay somewhere with hot water and walk a little farther.

Friends recommended this hotel to us - it is directly opposite the gates to Disneyland - perfect location, yet quiet. The desk staff were most helpful, and always ended by saying "our pleasure to serve you". Price averaged out to $100 per nite including all taxes and "energy charge". This included the best continental breakfast I have ever seen in a hotel. Real fruit, juices, yogurt, both white and wheat toast, waffles to toast, croissants, and the ever-present donut/danish. Our 5 grandkids started the day well every day, and so did we!
A great place to stay!!!

This hotel is the closest one to the crosswalk that you take to get to the main entrance to Disneyland/CA Adventure. There are other motels that are also "across the street", but you have to walk a block or so to get to the main crosswalk.

It's nothing fancy, but it is clean and well maintained, and the staff was helpful and friendly. They were able to check us into one of our two rooms at Noon, but said if they couldn't, that they would store our luggage until it was ready. We rented two rooms with two queen beds in each. There was a fruit basket with bottled water and wine when we got to our rooms, and the front desk called us to be sure everything was to our liking. The rooms, closet, and bathrooms were large. Only issue was that our tub wouldn't plug so made baths a bit of a hassle with the kids. We just plugged it with the washcloth. The continental breakfast offers cereal, fruit, yogurt, toast, waffles and juices. If you wanted something more, IHOP is literally in the parking lot of this hotel.

There is also a "gift shop" that had anything you could possibly need, and common laundry facilities.

This was a great hotel for the money. We would stay again.

We just returned from a 3 night stay. We were in a bunk bed room on the ground floor. Our kids loved the bunk beds. We loved the closeness to the park, especially at night when the kids were tired. The staff was accomondating and friendly. We were a bit surprised to see the construction occuring, but it did not affect our stay other than we almost missed the entrance. The only concern we had during our stay was the dampness of the room. The weather was cool and rainy during our stay. We attempted to put on the heater, but we did not have heat. When we put on the fan, the fire alarm beeped sporadically. And the first day, my husband had to take a cold shower.

We stayed at Park Vue Inn for 5 nights. My overall review is that we stayed here for the Location to Disneyland. If it was not for the location, we may not stay here again. The walking entrance to DL is directly across the street. This makes it nice to come back to the room after a long day in DL. We spent 4 nights in the 2 Double Room- it was very roomy, however the beds were comfy but they made really weird sounds, like you could hear the springs pop while you were sleeping. The walls were very thin, and we think there was a family of elephants staying above us. The last night we changed rooms because my kids wanted to stay in the Bunk bed room with one queen. That room was upstairs and had the worst bed- hard and made even worse sounds. The kids loved the bunk beds, the room was MUCH smaller than the double, glad it was the last night, since it would have been hard to spend 5 nights there. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.
The hotel is under construction- which was a surprise since it was all covered up when we were trying to find it to check in and it was not mention on their website…
The registration is a small BOX – not a big deal, just strange. It is a very basic room, good service, but nothing great! Would only stay here for the location!!
