Everything was perfect with my room and the services that I received from the staff. I do not remember the name of the receptionist; it was a girl, she was so helpful with my request to pay in cash.
For shore I will stay there in my next trip to Anaheim and I will recommend this Resort.

We stayed four nights. We did not use room service during that time. We found that we had plenty of clean towels and we don't like wasting linen services and water. We loved how close the location was to Disneyland and yet is was tucked back far enough off of harbor rd that there were no noise issues. We liked the optional parking, and I did not mind the parking cost because of the exceptionally low rates we got for the room. The free breakfast was great, but a few more healthy options would always be nice. We oddly enough never received a parking pass when we arrived around midnight the first night. luckily i checked with the front desk the next morning and they apologized and had the morning parking attendant take care of it. Overall we had a fantastic trip.

The Del Sol Inn is a basic non frills hotel. I stayed with a friend for a long weekend and it was exactly what we needed. The breakfast was kind of lame, but I expected it to be. It was donuts, dry crossaints, toast and cereal. There was also milk, Coffee and juice available. It was a small room and very crowded. A lot of people appreciate free toast I guess.

We stayed in a two queen room and it was clean. The bathroom was really small, but the sink is outside, so it was fine.

Parking is a bit tight, but still decent conidering we were staying at a busy time (MLK weekend). We arrived late friday afternoon and there was still spots to choose from.

For under $100/night this is a good choice. You are so close to Disneyland and you don't have to deal with waiting for a shuttle!

A group of 5 of us were there the weekend of Jan. 19, 2013 for Marathon weekend. We had a room with 2 Queen beds and bunk beds, which are all in the same room. (Not a suite). We were on the lower level, behind the pool area. The room accommodated the 5 of us pretty well, we even brought an air bed for the space between Queen bed and bunks and fit just fine. This hotel is the perfect location being across from the Resort entrance! It was also fine for a place to sleep since we weren't in the room much at all. The downside was that the walls are quite thin and there was a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms. We heard talking and yelling and every time an adjoining room shower would turn on. We also heard the constant walking sounds of the room above us. These noises went on all hours of the night, since many were there for the races and up all hours. All the beds are quite firm, so they weren't very comfortable. Part of the reason we brought an airbed for one of us, much more soft! The bunk beds are definitely made for kids, they are very small (short) twin sizes. We assumed they were an average twin size and therefore two of us adults would just use the bunks. Not comfortable for adults at all, so if you are getting them for that reason, be warned. Kids would love them though, very sturdy and safe.

The free breakfast is very limited and didn't seem very fresh. It's a very tiny room also, so we just took our items back to our room. This hotel is located right behind Denny's, so you can always eat there if you prefer. I loved the location of this property, but am not sure if I would stay there again. We did just pretty much sleep there and with beds being too firm and all the noise, we really didn't sleep that well.

Room Tip: Upstairs room are probably quieter, downstairs rooms have a lot of noise since you hear the people a...

We stayed at the Del Sol for our Christmas Disney vacation and am not sorry we chose this hotel. this was our third time staying at this hotel and this was our best stay yet. They have redone the rooms and they were very spacious, clean and nice tv's. The rooms have fridges, microwaves and coffee makers. The location can't be beat. There are several places to eat close by and you can't get much closer to the entrance of the park. Very short walk to get to Disneyland in the mornings. The thing I was impressed with the most was our maid service. Those ladies worked so hard every day and our room looked great and was always ready when we came back for an afternoon break from the park. This year when we stayed here the hotel also offered delicious cookies upon check in and my son thought they were awesome, so I asked for cookies for him a couple of times during our seven night stay and they had no problem giving him more. Great job Del Sol I will recommend you to others and will continue to stay there anytime we come to Disneyland on vacation.

Location, Location, Location. Del Sol has a winning location and a friendly staff. This is our first choice hotel. We stay here often and we love it. The first time we stayed here was in 2001 and we have returned every year since then. We love how Denny's is right in front of the hotel-eat there or walk it back to the room. Last time I forgot my creamer, quick evening walk to Denny's for some chocolate milk and we had instant mochas for the morning to go with the hotel breakfast. We appreciate the breakfast room opens at 7:00am rather than 7:30am to help us get going to Disneyland-which is just steps away...
