We've stayed here before and it was great, but our last stay we had an ants problem and the shuttle is to small for amount of people staying, had to wait for second or third round

When I first read all of the bad reviews about this hotel, I figured that people were exaggerating...I mean, how bad could it actually be?
Well, this hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! I realized that it wasn't going to be a four star hotel, but I at least expected it to be clean! When we first walked in, I noticed that the deadbolt chain was broken. The ceiling had cracks in it that had been painted over, and looked like it was going to cave in due to water damage. The carpet was stained and dirty, and the walls were also dirty. The tv remote was broken, and when we got a replacement, we discovered that the hotel didn't even have cable (not too big of a deal, since we were going to Disneyland, but still). The bathroom was dirty, and there were ants in the bathtub, on the toilet, and all over the sink area.
Needless to say, we will NEVER stay here again! If we hadn't prepaid, we would have found another hotel!
