The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Our room had the king sized bed which was very spacious. The kids had the two double beds room which made it a little tighter. We noted that the adjoining rooms can open (by connecting door) into one large room should you desire. You are provided with lots of towels and plenty of pillows.
The location can not be beat-- you literally are on the door step of the Disney Resort. All you need to do is cross the street and go through the bus drop off area. A continental breakfast helps you get your fresh start to the day; the choice of items is decent and always plentiful.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our daughter had questions and thus cause to call the Best Western Hot line --- the lady that she encountered was extremely rude and got worse by the moment --- this does not reflect the hotel at all.
The only problem that we encountered is that parking can really suck. It is small and tight.
