The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Our room had the king sized bed which was very spacious. The kids had the two double beds room which made it a little tighter. We noted that the adjoining rooms can open (by connecting door) into one large room should you desire. You are provided with lots of towels and plenty of pillows.
The location can not be beat-- you literally are on the door step of the Disney Resort. All you need to do is cross the street and go through the bus drop off area. A continental breakfast helps you get your fresh start to the day; the choice of items is decent and always plentiful.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our daughter had questions and thus cause to call the Best Western Hot line --- the lady that she encountered was extremely rude and got worse by the moment --- this does not reflect the hotel at all.
The only problem that we encountered is that parking can really suck. It is small and tight.

Traveling on my own so the location was perfect to walk to Disneyland. The only issue I had is I was given a room right underneath the dining area. So around 6:30ish I was woken up by the noise coming from upstairs. Not cool but what can you do. That was the room that was given. Other than that I recommend this hotel. Its super clean and staff is friendly.

This hotel is by far the best place to stay when visiting Disneyland! It’s a short walk from the park, the rooms have just been renovated, and the breakfast is awesome! This is the only place I will stay when visiting the parks!
