I am not one to post bad reviews, especially when I have had good experiences in other Comfort Inn hotels, but this must be known by the hotel staff and future guests: although the bathroom and the bed sheets were acceptably clean, the carpet was as filthy as it can get.

The fact that we had a bottom floor room should not be an excuse to rent out such a dirty room.

After walking barefoot inside the room for a few minutes, the bottom of my feet were black (not gray, but totally black) from all the dirt on the carpet. Needless to say, all of us had to wear shoes inside the room at all times ... even my 2 year old who couldn't understand why.

Needless to say, we will never stay there again.

Booked this for 3 nights at a great rate in August.

First thing first, you get what you pay for. We got a great deal online and got just what we expected. The front desk is very helpful and they offer free breakfast until 930am( I did not wake up in time!) but I'm sure it was good. After checking in we went to our room and noticed a wet carpet smell, almost humid. We turned on the cold a/c and for the most part, this solved our problem.

The room was clean and spacious with no major carpet stains or furniture stains like some other reviewers stated. Bathroom had clean towels and they were replaced every day.

One down side to this was that we were on the first floor and had a VERY heavy footed neighbor upstairs. There was walking all through the night which did wake us up a time or two but we don't like to make big deal so we just dealt with it and turned up the tv.

Parking was right outside our door and we were able to keep an eye on our car the whole time.

I would recommend this if you are on a budget and need somewhere close to Disney.. Location is amazing, literally less than a mile to Disney and other major freeways, loved it!

Is it a 3 star hotel? No, more like 2.5 but, it saved us money with no major issues and provided clean towels.

Room Tip: Ask for an upstairs room!

The room met our needs and it was very inexpensive. The building is older, but it is clear that the staff works hard to make the facilities look nice. The room was clean, plenty of towels, comfortable mattress, LCD TV. We didn't use the pool. The free breakfast looked quite satisfactory although because there was such a large crowd of folks trying to get something to eat, we went elsewhere to get breakfast.

We booked this hotel via Travelocity as a Top Secret Hotel and it was well worth what we paid. My husband and I checked in on a Friday night around midnight. Unfortunately, all the King rooms were booked since it is first-come, first-serve. We were given a room with two Queen beds, bunk beds, and two bathrooms. The room was extremely clean, which is one of the most important things for me. It could have used a little updating but nothing major. The mattress was a little hard but the pillows were great. Breakfast was good though not spectacular. The breakfast room is small but the ladies keep it well stocked. We did not use the pool or the shuttle to Disneyland. Overall, definitely worth the money and I would stay here again.

Room Tip: Check in early!

It was a motel first off... not a hotel. We got there and checked in. The guy was very nice. The downsides was that the rooms were a bit outdated. Also the door between the main room and 'kids room' had a thin sheet that you can COMPLETELY see through. We used the kids room for three teenagers. This did not work. Also the room was EXTREMELY hot. The main room cooled down but there was no ac in the room with the teens... Just a fan from the main room. Last thing to mention is that the water heater could not take the two showers running at the same time and our shower had hair in it. We left the hotel after our first night. I think we would return if it was just my home family... as most of the problems were caused by the two room thing.

We recently stayed for a quick trip to Disneyland with family from out of town. We booked the two queen room for two nights, but our out of town family had only booked one. The day of check in, they decided to stay the second night also. The front desk staff was very helpful, made the adjustment, and we were then set for two nights. We also needed a little more time (1 hour) in one room for check out, and they were very accomodating. Also nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room, especially for milk for our small children.

We stayed on the "back side" (by Clancy's Restaurant) and it was very quiet. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We missed breakfast the first morning (didn't realize it shut promptly at 9:30) but made up for it the next day. The dining area was very crowded, but was able to get the family what we needed, and plenty of it.

The distance to the park is not walkable; we have annual passes and park at the Resort (about 15 minutes to Mickey and Friends lot).

Thanks for a great stay, and we'll definitely be back.

Room Tip: Rooms on the back side (by Clancy's Restaurant) were quiet.

Travelling with two teens to Disneyland, we didn't want to pay for two rooms for the length of our stay but we knew we needed more space than a traditional room would provide. The Kid's Suite's extra room and bathroom was just what we needed. The extra room isn't large, but that wasn't a problem since we were there to visit Disneyland, not spend a lot of time in our motel room.

The rooms were very clean, although some items were starting to show their age and one of the upholstered chairs was badly stained. The beds were comfortable and new and the towels were well stocked. A few details were quite welcome: our room had a safe so we felt perfectly comfortable leaving our laptops and iPads, there was a microwave in the room, and we especially appreciated the little refrigerator in our room for keeping bottled water cold.

The pool is on the small side but always seemed adequate to accommodate the number of people using it. Plenty of clean towels are available for use in the pool area.

The complimentary breakfast features a wide variety of items including breads, pastries/doughnuts, fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, waffles, and scrambled eggs. It's not fancy, but it is sufficient and is another cost saver. The small room can get quite crowded as everyone is hurrying to get an early start at Disneyland, but the ladies in charge do a great job keeping everything stocked. There are several tables available outside as well.

This seems to be one of the few, if not the only, accommodation in the area that doesn't charge for parking. Parking appears to be adequate and we never had a problem finding a parking space near our room.

The motel is a mile from Disneyland and it is a pleasant walk for those who are so inclined. The bus stops at the motel next door, costs $4 for adults for one day with unlimited trips , and runs about every 20 minutes. It was standing room only late at night when the park was getting ready to close, but even that was better than walking after a long day at Disneyland.

This is certainly not the grandest place I have ever stayed, but it is clean, safe, and helped keep costs in line for our family vacation. I would certainly consider staying here on future trips to the area.
