The house was alot larger than I expected.
The bedroom with a queen bed facing the front has french doors, but the blinds don't fully cover the windows on the doors. The bed was comfy and there was a spacious dresser and nightstands. There is also a futon in that room too.
The master bedroom is adjacent to the living room, where the tv and conversations can be pretty loud if you're in that room. Same with the downstairs bedrooms.
The kids bedroom is connected to a bathroom. The bathroom was roomy, but just had a mildew smell from the shower curtain.
Upstairs is one bedroom, but there is a separate area where a door can close between the bedroom and a futon that is also up there.
The wifi is nice! The tv had tons of stations too.
The two washing machines and dryer were awesome!! Plenty of detergent was provided. A litle noisy, since there isn't a door between them and the rest of the main living area.
The kitchen was nice with its automatic ice machine and water. The kitchen knives were dull, so bring your own. I loved that they had plastic cups and plates for kids and plenty of utensils.
The hot tub and gazebo were wonderful. The hot tub had bubbles in it. The propane was out when we were ready too grill, so be sure to check before you go out grocery shopping. The homeowner offered to reimburse us if we picked up a bottle.
The pool table and air hocky table are located in a detached garage. The pool table is a small one and there was only one cue stick, which was broken. The air hockey table was also broken and hard to get the pucks out of one side.
The parking was plentiful on the street. There is a long driveway behind the fence too.
The Disneyland fireworks can be seen from the house, but are way better to watch at Disneyland with the music and storyline.
There were plenty of beach towels and regular towels. The place was very clean.
I loved how responsive the homeowner was to my emails during our stay. I'd definitely stay here again if I travel with a large group. The house stayed nice and cool when it was 99 degrees out. The house is amazing and our son kept asking when we could go back to the house. The gift basket was a nice surprise. Thank you!
It was about a 5 minute drive to the Chip and Dale garage, if you get in early enough to park there. Otherwise it was alot longer drive to another Disney garage. There is also a book to guide you on the house, but the directions were outdated when it came to the garbage and recycling cans and what goes in what. As well as the gate code for the small gate.
A few things I'd bring with me to to this house next time: Liquid dish soap, body wash and shampoo/conditioner. A few hotel sized shampoo/conditioner and soap bars are provided. Also bring lots of drinking water. The CA water is not as good as OR water.

When we arrived to the house, it was clean and the air conditioning welcomed us with relief from the heat outdoors. Our group was pleasantly surprised with how spacious the house was and how it accomendated our large group comfortably. The large bathrooms was wonderful especially when everyone was getting ready each morning. When we did our 3 Disney days, we drove to the park and then left the park in the afternoon to eat lunch at the house and also to rest before going back to the park. The location of the home was great! The walk from the house to Disney tram was 15 minutes (as some of our group did a trial run prior to our Disney Days) but we wanted to save our feet. Our group had a wonderful time!! It was nice to have easy acess to the Santa Ana freeway. It worked out really well for us as we also went to Sea World, Universal Studio, and Magic Mountain. Also the short commute to the John Wayne airport from the home was perfect. There are lots of malls, stores, and restaurants nearby. The home also had beach chairs that we used on our visit to the beach. I can't say enough good things about your home and our vacation. Thank you Melinda.
We have been vacationing in Anaheim for over a decade, and this was our first time renting a home. We will never go back to over priced, cramped hotels again! The house was amazing! The beds were very comfy (another thing you never know about in a hotel) even for my 6'4" 280 lb hubby. The location is great, however I wouldn't try walking. Neighborhood is nice too. To top it all off, we left a diamond earring behind which Melinda found and shipped home to us. I mean, what more can I say? Don't hesitate!
From the moment we arrived we loved the place. The gifts/basket were well received~ Thankyou! First time in L.A and we found the location is fantastic. House has been renovated well. Very clean & tidy. (washing machine is fantastic! -love the speed wash- especially when on holidays. lol) Would definately recommend this place. Our whole extended family loved it, From kids to adults.

One of the best rental packages that I have ever experienced, the availability, the space, and the cleanliness of the entire house was amazing. More then we expected travelling with teenagers and young children it was nice to see that they were okay with having down time at the house as it accommodated all family members with a variety of different features that made the holiday extra special. I am totally impressed with the neighborhood and how easy it was to navigate to all the great shopping areas, the information the host provided and the maps available of all major attractions made the trip one to remember. We will definitely return to this rental property if we decide to make the trip again!!!
