“Anniversary Dinner”
Reviewed September 2, 2014

We came here for our anniversary dinner, and in remembrance of my grandmother who loved this restaurant. We received excellent service. Everyone knew it was our anniversary because I told them when I made reservations, but it was still nice to be acknowledged. The atmosphere was great and we sat right next to the water for the Pirates ride. It was definitely a different experience for us, because we usually never eat there.

“One of the best restaurants in Disneyland Park”
Reviewed September 2, 2014

I love to eat at the Blue Bayou restaurant inside Disneyland. It's so fun to watch the boats from the Pirates of the Caribbean ride go past. They are famous for their Monte Cristo sandwich which is delicious. This time I tried their Flat Iron Steak with potatoes and it was one the best meals I've eaten. I would definitely order that again. Make reservations days ahead because you probably won't be able to get in the same day. Our waiter also shared with us that up towards the ceiling (sky) every 5 seconds you will see a shooting star which is pretty neat.

“Stop Reading These Reviews and Make Your Reservation”
Reviewed September 1, 2014

Eat here and you are part of the attraction. Request a table by the water, you may have to wait a bit longer but worth it. The people on pirates stare at you but they are all just wishing they were you. It's not cheap but worth the experience. The portions are big enough to share. The Monte Cristo is awesome. Dip it in the sauce, think jelly donut stuffed with ham and chesse.......heaven.

“Second visit, good food, great atmosphere”
Reviewed September 1, 2014 via mobile

We dined at the Blue Bayou mainly for the fantastic location and setting. It's an awesome experience and you feel transported to another place when you dine there. The food was good, not off the charts, but the service was very good and the light up ice cubes in the specialty drinks were a fabulous touch in the dark setting. We would recommend.

“Have to try once”
Reviewed August 31, 2014 via mobile

We had dinner at the Blue Bayou at Disneyland since Pirates of the Caribbean is one of our favorite rides. Had to make reservation 3 weeks ahead of time since they don't take walk ins. Food was really good & loved the shrimp cocktail! Your really paying for the atmosphere , service was excellent. Really spendy so not sure if will go again but wanted to try & recommend to try at least once.
