A lovely little theme park with enough rides to occupy a whole day, without getting exhausted. It's small enough that you can walk round and not get lost, in fact when I asked if they had a guide or map I was told I wouldn't need one! Went with our 2 1/2 year old son and 4 1/2 year old daughter and they both had lots of fun. My little boy particularly loved the emergency services ride, and there was virtually no queue so he was able to go on again as soon as he had come off. We also went on the train ride a few times, and in the afternoon were the only people on it, despite it being US school holidays it wasn't that busy. There is a great Thomas the Tank engine free play area with a zillion Brio type Thomases and track for the kids to build with. There are more challenging rides for bigger kids, such as the two roller coasters, which are actually a bit scary! Had the nachos and hot dogs which weren't bad. The best thing is that the staff are all so friendly and perfectly suited to working in a place with little kids. No one was surly, and most waved as we went past on the train. A real credit to the park. Go before a visit to Disneyland as it would seem tiny in comparison afterwards! Would also highly recommend the Pirate Dinner Adventure just up Beach Blvd for dinner on your way home (but book in advance).

Visited: May 26, 2012, Family of four with a 6 year old and 2 1/2 year old.

Parking: FREE, big parking lot, multiple parking lot, "security" provided

Target group: 1 - 8 year old

This park is everything a very young child would want when going to a "theme park". The first thing to note is the place is clean and safe. The workers are very helpful and friendly. The rides are fun and not too over-the-top.

This is a good place to primer the children prior to going to the bigger theme parks. There are different rides for the different age groups. My 6 year old enjoyed all the rides while my younger one could only go on several due to height requirements. But for those with height requirements, it is understandable because a toddler sized child might not be big enough and might be a major safety issue. The lines for certain rides were long (not Disney long) but they move pretty fast. Parents are also encouraged to go on the rides with children when/if needed!

At the food stand, we only bought a drink and popcorn so I couldn't really tell you anything on that. From the look of the menu, it looked like your typical "carnival" type foods.

The overall layout of the park worked well for what it was. The only complaint is the animals in the pet zoo were a little aggressive so be careful if you are feeding them.

*TIP* Ride the train! its a good way to see the park!

Have fun!

Preschool and young children. Nice rides for a very inexpensive outing with the younger children. It is always a enjoyable day and the kids look forward to going.

We have been coming here for years. It had been a long time now though since my oldest is now 11. We just went this weekend and our 1 year old had so much fun. It's a perfect place that has just the right amount if stimulation and isn't expensive! Surprising that my 11 year old still managed to enjoy himself with some of the more "thrilling" rides. The small park includes live entertainment, a small petting zoo, a Thomas the Train play area, plenty of shady rest areas, and a fun "rain room" where the whole family enjoyed to cool off during the day! At around 3 pm it started getting very quiet and mellow. My baby was able to run free & wild- loved it! He did also get hurt (he fell and hurt his head) and the staff was really kind and supportive. 2 different gals showed their concern & got him ice & water to drink. It was very nice.

Great place for your children my daughter 2 loved the place. It's small with about 8 or so rides a cool arcade and a small petting zoo with goats and one sheep. Good place to have fun with out the crowds of Disney Land we also has lunch which was not too bad for a burger and hot dog place.
