Right across the street and 10 min walk to the gates. Clean, comfortable, close to restaurants and shops. Personal note “Don’t eat at the Tony Roma’s” very dirty and the food does not come close to the standards of the Tony Roma’s franchise, bad, bad.

This best western is the closest to the main gate entrance, like literally across the street, but this seemed to be really the only thing it has going for it. The rooms were mostly clean. Lots of dirt in corners and rubbish behind furniture. Didn't care for the shutters over the windows either. They let in to much light. The breakfast was HORRIBLE!!! Food not being filled when empty. Took them over 20 minutes to refill the juice. Trash bins over flowing constantly with no one caring. Sticky tables and chairs. And heaven forbid you ask staff if they could please wipe a table off or know when something would be refilled. Terrible customer service also happens at the front desk! The desk staff would rather not be bothered for anything. The lady who checked us in was completely rude.
I am not at all impressed with this Best Western location. I will not be staying again.
Tried to check in at 1:30 . Said room wasn’t ready check back at 1:45. So we waited in the car . Checked back in at
1:45 still not ready . Said check back in at 2:30 ... waited again ... checked with them at 2:40 .... said will be ready at 3 . Wait on couch .... waited .... line formed out the door .. finally at 3 got in the line . Finally got key at 3:30 :/ found room was right where we had parked and waited . Nobody had entered it the entire time we waited . So it was ready the entire time ! My husband is disabled and has to sit and wait for the room for two hours because they didn’t say we don’t allow early check in! Just keep checking back with us... really! If you don’t allow early check in just say so ! Will not use this best western again ....! They don’t care about customers because they don’t have to ! Many other options just as close to Disney that we will be using !
This hotel is located directly across from Disneyland and California Adventure parks. The staff is very friendly and helpful. With breakfast, high speed internet, and parking, this place can’t be beat for a family trip to Disneyland!! We will happily stay there every time we come to Disneyland!!
The Hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. It's so close to the Disneyland park that after a long day you walk a short distance to sleep in the comfortable beds and get up the next day to do it all over again!
The quality, cleanliness, service etc. were on par for best western. My only complaint is that it was slightly overpriced. I understand its near Disneyland but still. It’s bad enough Disney keeps raising their prices but it would be nice to afford a trip and a place to stay.
