Stayed in the hotel during a huge conference in the nearby convention center. Overall, the hotel is tastefully done and lives up to the normal Sheraton / Starwood standards. Staff is friendly and no problems checking in / out.

Pros:
- relatively convenient to the convention center
- good quality for the price

cons:
- pretty small fitness center ~ i chose to run outside
- limited shuttle services to the convention center (i had to use my car and park)

In spite of what some of the other reviewers state about it being a 'short-walk.' Its really only a short walk there...but after a day at a convention (or disneyland) the walk back is anything but short.

Room Tip: High floors, looking away from the street are really quiet

We found everyone at the hotel to be very nice and pleasant except for the front desk. It took hours to get our room and we kept getting a run around. Management could have cared less.
Through out our stay we were greeted by most of the employees with the exception of the people who worked at the front desk, they have an arrogant air about them. We have stayed several times at this resort and the only positive is the free shuttle service. Otherwise the rooms are old, noisy, and smelly. Not to mention the tiny bathrooms. With the poor customer service we recieved, I would really have to be desparate to stay at this location again.

This Sheraton isn't as upscale/business orientated as many we have stayed in, but why should it be? The demographics that it caters to are people who are going to visit Disney! Everyone was very nice, even the fellow guests!

The beds are great and so is the bedding. The rooms were fine, nothing exceptional. The biggest perk of staying in this hotel instead of one of its competitors is two fold. One, it is not noisy like so many hotels that are near major attractions are. Two, they have great room service. They have it very plainly printed in the front of the Room Service menu that they do not add a surcharge for room service and their prices are the same as in their Bistro. Anyone who has come back from the park worn out, knows how that can be priceless. But only if room service is timely and the food is good. Sheraton scored well on both points.

The Sheraton name shines through in the facility's cleanliness, upkeep and very friendly staff.

I know from reading reviews that there are people who will never be satisfied. I don't understand why they travel at all? If one were to think about it, it is incredible the number of guests that this Sheraton deals with on a daily basis. Some people say that it isn't "personal" enough. If you want personal, either stay home or stay in a hotel that is $1400 a night instead of $140!!!

This hotel is a great choice if you are travelling to Disneyland. Although it is not right next to the park, the hotel offers a shuttle, which is only a short ride away. The rooms are very large with very large, comfy beds. There was a bar fridge which was convenient to store drinks and food in. Also the grounds were very nice. The hotel exterior had a "Hansel and Gretel" look to it, and there was a large pond with koi in it. You can even see the Disneyland fireworks from the property Free use of computers and printers and free wifi in lobby which was perfect. Would definitely return.

Great location for Disneyland and a free regular shuttle there and back made this a great place to stay for our 3 day trip. The hotel is very well maintained, clean and modern, and the staff are very helpful.

Having stayed in a few hotels in California, this place just lacked that personal touch and everything is extra - parking, wifi, water in the room...!! But having said that, it is a large company so I guess that's to be expected.

We'll never stay anywhere else in Anaheim. Here for 2 days & and couldn't have been more impressed, from the moment we checked in. This hotel is stunningly spotless and beautiful, the room was HUGE, food outstanding, and the staff couldn't possibly have been more helpful or cheerful! Front desk was completely accomodating, breakfast buffet was a thing to behold, our bed was SO comfortable, biggest closet I've ever seen in a hotel room, pool & jacuzzi great, and Room Service was fast, friendly, and delicious. We used the Diensyland Shuttle and it was a breeze; drops you off MUCH closer to the gate than the Disneyland tram from its own parking lot. Only downsides: bathroom has almost no counter space, and $14 daily parking fee is sort of hidden when you make a reservation. Small issues. A great place to stay!

Room Tip: Rooms overlooking the pool (and flowers!) are especially lovely at night.

Stayed a week at the Sheraton Anaheim with my family in a king suite. We really thought the hotel was very nice with the pool and gardens and loved the proximity to Disney. The shuttle was great for getting to Disney. You can also walk but I wouldn't recommend tiring out the kds because it is a little trek. 1 blck over is harbor blvd which has every fast food everything you can imagine and I liked the proximity but glad we weren't staying on harbor, it's too commercial and loud for our tastes. One thing to be aware of, when the fireworks go off, it's LOUD but that's a small price to pay for quaint, clean, and charming hotel so close to Disney.
