“Good Value”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 20, 2013

We stayed here for 5 nights when visiting Disneyland. The hotel is overwhelmed with the number of visitors and you can feel that the staff is doing their best to keep up. We stayed in 1 bedroom king suite, and it was nice, clean and specious. However, The breakfast area and common facilities is a mess, and it is obvious that they are way understaffed.

The hotel staff was friendly and had a free cookout one night while we were here. The main pool and jacuzzi were adequate. The rooms were standard with either a view of the highway (front) or the pool and trailer park (back), so if you really want nice views this isn't the hotel for you. On the other hand, there were tons of families with kids - so if you have children you will fit right in. Also the shuttle bus to/from Disneyland stopped at the hotel next door (Holiday Inn), so it was conveniently located a few easy steps away. The bus was very crowded at times, so if you don't like squeezing in - you may want to rent a car. Fortunately the park was only a few miles away so the bus ride was quick.

Stayed for 4 nights for a Disneyland trip. Rooms were mostly clean, and beds comfortable. The bathtub was dirty, and the bathroom sink was visibly cracked. We were there shortly after some windy days in Anaheim, but it appears little or no effort was made to clear wind blown dirt out of the pool, or to clean up the grounds, as there was litter everywhere around the parking lot.
Breakfast was about what you expect for a "freebie", but same thing day after day.
It is close to Disneyland, and the price was average for the area.
We would consider staying again, but would probably check out other hotels in the area first.

Stayed for a week. Comfortable bed and nice sized room, clean throughout our stay. The ART bus service to Disneyland stops outside and runs every 20 minutes. You can have unlimited travel anywhere in Anaheim for just $2 a day if like us you are over 60. Transfer to other routes at the Disneyland Resort. Breakfast is provided as part of the deal, although there is no provision for an evening meal. You can however use the restaurant at the Holiday Inn next door, which is reasonably priced. Turn right out of the hotel and walk 300 yards down Manchester Avenue under the fly over and you will find the tour bus terminus. From here you can book tours to San Diego Zoo and Sea World, Universal Studios, and various trips around LA. If visiting Disneyland Adventure make sure you see the evening light show - not to be missed - but start to queue early for a good view from the front

Room Tip: Some noise from the adjacent Interstate 5 so if a light sleeper chose a room at the back of the hote...

Stayed a couple of nights here and it was a decent place. It obviously sees a lot of traffic and shows it as the wear and tear shows all around the property. Good value and was a little crowded on a weekend stay. Breakfast was limited but was to be expected in this class of property. The value was there and would stay again for a longer stay as it has nice in room features. Front desk staff was helpful and cheerful.

This is exactly what you would expect from Staybridge Suites.

Roomy, comfortable, and clean.

We were only here for two nights but we will be back.

The location is close to Disneyland...we drove and it is a little quirky but close.

Nothing bad to say, good value, will be back.

Our family of four traveled from New Zealand to visit Disneyland and found that the Staybridge Suites had everything we needed for a great stay. The 2-bedroom unit had everything we needed and it was good to have the option of cooking facilities, although we ended up eating out on both days of our stay. The bus for Disneyland left every 20 minutes from in front of the Holiday Inn next door and was easy to use, once you worked out how to use the ticket machine. The bus trip only took about 10 minutes. I would recommend this hotel for a family visiting Disneyland.
