“Great hotel”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 10, 2013

Booked through Hotwire so didn't really choose this hotel but we were glad we got it. The room was great. Plenty of room and the fridge was nice to have. Since we booked through Hotwire we didn't get to pick the bed situation but Vanessa at the front desk totally helped us out by comping a rollaway which made our stay better. Having a shuttle pick us up and drop us off at the hotel was a plus. We would stay here again.

Room Tip: ask for a high room floor so you can watch the fireworks each night

We booked this hotel for 2 main reasons: close to Disneyland and the kids eat free all meals! For a small fee you ride a shuttle to the door of Disneyland-great. The "free" meals for the kids were very limiting, 3 choices only. We ate there the first night and my granddaughter couldn't eat her meal. My husband ordered steak and veggies but didn't finish his meal either. The reason kids eat free are the adult prices were a little high to make up for it. We tried the breakfast 2 mornings then gave up. All four of us had a delicious breakfast at a Denny's nearby, bigger portions, and cheaper than the hotel. We stayed 5 days but found it was better to eat out. We planned on staying 6 nights but checked out early-FIVE mornings in a row we were awaken by crying babies and their inconsiderate parents! We stayed on the top floor and didn't hear our neighbors but something about the doors let you hear EVERYTHING going on in the hall. The pool was fine but we found the rooms rather small. In fact, 1/3 of the room was bathroom. When you are on vacation you don't plan on staying in the room a lot but we found it rather cramped and had to put the luggage in a corner to have a walkway. The table and 2 chairs were crammed into a corner so only 1 person could actually sit there. Being on the top floor kept the room on the warm side but we did get to see the Disneyland fireworks each night we were home.

Room Tip: IF I were to stay again I would ask for a floor without KIDS!

I booked this Hotel thru Get Away today in Ogden Utah

This hotel has been less than satisfactory the two rooms the Hotel assigned us one of them looks out to a wall Great view we can live with that because we know not all the rooms have a great view the second room looks out to the roof of the restaurant ventilation system again I could live with that because I know not all room have a great view the problem is the vents from the restaurant blow right into our room our room smells like you have been living in a barbeque grill and all out clothes smell like that as well we have to keep a blanket over the air conditioner so the smell is not so strong or we have to have the AC on all the time to keep the smell out. The Hotel or Get Away Today didn’t seem to care about our problems because we paid in advance. The people at the Hotel didn’t care about customer service.
The Restaurant in the hotel was terrible service was bad and food was terrible.
My advice don’t stay at this place

Room Tip: stay away from here

As far as hotels go this is right around normal, the rooms are ok but starting to show signs of wear and tear. We chose a family room which had a 'separate area' for the kids beds, not really a separate area (they make it sound better than it is) but there are small walls that create the division. It was still better than having two kids share a double bed though! The hotel was clean over all and the public areas were well maintained.
The pool was quite enjoyable for the family, was clean and well maintained.
Their restaurant had friendly staff and good food, although the dinner menu is a little limited. Breakfasts were also good with a choice between the buffet or off the menu ordering.

A really good location and only ten minutes from Disney. Very good rooms, nice and quiet, and a nice pool. Great for the family! Buses run regularly to disney from the front of the hotel, and only five US dollars per person.

Room Tip: We were on a higher floor and didnt have any noise problems.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights around Christmas Time. Absolutely loved it!! Beautiful & Cheap rooms, great shuttle service to Disneyland, tickets were able to be purchased at a discounted rate at the front desk! Customer service isn't strong, but they were attentive and were more than happy to hold on to our luggage in a locked room while we visited Disney (this was around 9AM we had an early flight and understandably our room was still in use).
The restaurant located in the hotel was wonderful! All the classic American favorites for breakfast buffet! Staff were warm and welcoming in the restaurant.
Really recommend this hotel for family visits to Disneyland!!! Much cheaper than the hotels closer to the park and literally a 5 minute bus ride to the front of the Park!! Loved it!! We have booked for December this year again!!!

We picked this place because we've stayed next door at the Staybridge. We love the big pool (shaped like Mickey Mouse's head). Has a restaurant in the lobby. The Disneyland shuttle stops in the front of the hotel. It's quite a walk to Disneyland but doable. We are also owners of Worldmark (which a couple blocks away) and we've walked from Worldmark to Disney a few times with no problem. Plenty of parking the time we stayed. Fitness center was ok and had your very basic machines. Our room was clean and quiet. TV is a big flat screen. Will probably stay here again we come back to watch the A's vs Angels plus Disney trip in July!
