Stayed for one night for a birthday trip to Disneyland. Booked this Holiday Inn merely because of the last minute need, price and proximity to the park. No real customer service from the desk upon arrival. No recognition of IHG status. Cold response for an early check in was, “we’ll charge you $50.” Even though there were four people behind the desk, always had to say what I needed instead of being welcomed.
Older hotel style with bathroom sink in the main room, needs upgrading as the bathroom is motel style and room carpet was dirty. Rooms are small and common areas/hallways were always hot and smelled chemically.
Biggest peeve was coming out to the car at various times to drop off a Disney items and staff were by the cars in the parking lot eating lunch and smoking. Is there no employee break room?More
