This hotel had everything we wanted. Upon arrival from the UK, having been awake for the best part of 24 hours, we needed comfortable beds, somewhere to buy a few snacks and to know we were perfectly placed for Disneyland. This place ticked all the boxes. The room was modern, clean, well appointed, with very comfortable beds and lots of USB points. We never had an issue with cleanliness or with these facilities. Checking in and out was easy and staff were always very helpful. The hotel facilities more than met our needs. The lifts all worked, there was a decent shops with snacks as well as souvenirs and the coffee place even gave us soya milk when we asked as my son requires lactose free milk. The pool was nice, not spectacular, but certainly acted as a great place to cool down mid way through a hot Disneyland August day, allowing us to cool down and go back to Disneyland for the evening. My son didnt like the water (is it salt water mixed with chlorine ? It didn't smell like a normal pool, but we couldn't really complain. As for the location, it is fantastic. We had a Disney view and we could watch the fireworks at night. Overall, this hotel was absolutely ideal and we would happily stay again.

Our room was clean, beds comfortable and enough towels for us to use. Enough space to lay out suitcases too. We had a room close enough to a set of elevators so we never had an issue getting to the room. We did have a rental car and there is a daily charge but it’s gated and you can’t get in or out without scanning the ticket so that’s good. It is about a 15 minute walk to California Adventure. We didn’t use any of the services or pools. Our room was serviced, however we thought we put out the do not service tag. The room does have a safe which we did utilize as well. Happy with the room and our 2-night stay.

Stayed here for a trip Disney must say the location is great short walk to get to Disney parking was easy accessible. They have a Starbucks inside and a pizza place I think (didn’t try it) really nice looking. The elevators are horrible in the room area takes only one worked out of the 2 so it took forever to get on the elevator everytime it would stop it was full. Also when we got on to go up to our room it just passed our floor for some reason. Then we get to the room looked extremely nice we packed up and left for Disney without a great deal of examination. When we got back we were drained went to get in bed and the bed had some reddish looking stain possibly dried blood ? Looked gross though and then we noticed under the sheets on the other side of the bed was a towel ? That just felt like it was something nasty under it. We went to the front desk asked if we can have someone come in and change the bedding the guy at guest services said he’d get someone on it we sat in the lounge for a bit hoping it’d be taken care of when we got back. We got back and nothing was touched. So we made another call and they sent someone and all they did was drop off a sheet. So sadly we had to just put that on top of the red stained sheet and call it a night we were tired. Also thermostat doesn’t do anything when you try and change the temperature think it’s master controlled elsewhere I run hot so the room was kinda miserable throughout the night with no air blowing at all.

Brian, we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. It's great to hear that you enjoyed our prime location and the ease of parking, along with our in-house amenities. However, we acknowledge your discomfort with certain aspects during your stay, particularly the elevator inconvenience, and cleanliness and temperature control concerns in your room. While we maintain rigorous cleaning protocols, it's regrettable that your experience didn't reflect this. Your feedback is crucial for us to improve, and our team members are looking into this matter. In regards to your mention of labor action, the hotel is indeed involved in union negotiations and we respect the rights of our associates to voice their opinions. While we do not support the manner in which they protest, we are unable to intervene, and are provided no support from authorities to control the disturbance. We understand your frustration and aim to create a more favorable experience in the future. We trust there will be a more favorable opportunity to regain your confidence on another occasion. Thank you once again for sharing your feedback.

We had a lovely big room overlooking DCA and could see the fireworks out of our window. The room was as cleaned and topped up everyday. All the staff were polite and helpful. The shop downstairs was very handy and my daughter loved the pizza. Only 15 min walk to the parks. The pool could have been warmed but other than that no complaints.

Manager comes out the Man denys he said it even when my son heard him !! Also to want to throw me and my boys out of the hotel for £50 after I had paid a lot of money for this Holiday!!! And to publicly display our room number !!! And then whilst I'm stood there they tried taking £164 out 3 times when I told them my card has a lock on it my bill ain't due until tomorrow!!! Do not ignore the thermostat issues reported in the reviews. I left the hotel at midnight and drove home. The thermostat is a ruse - it's master controlled somewhere else (there is even a password screen) and it does nothing. Room was stifling despite it being 45 degrees outside. The heater kept blowing and there was no way to turn it off. The solution offered was to open the slider and let it "regulate". I was told this is just how their system works when it's cold outside. What???? The woman at the front desk was not at all surprised when I said we were leaving, and refunded my money.

We stayed at this hotel from January 28th to February 4th, 2024. The good – rooms were updated, clean and quite nice. I loved that there was a balcony. We were on the 8th floor, facing Disney and were able to see a good portion of the fireworks at night. I loved that there was a Starbucks downstairs. The store also had everything we needed that we forgot to bring. The location was awesome! It was a bit of a walk to and from the park but we were able to do it with our 8 year old every day. The only complaint would be that there was not enough closet/cupboard space for our family of 3. Could have used more. Overall I would give this hotel a 4.75/5! We would stay here again!

I really like this hotel, so I hate to give them three stars instead of four or five, but they fell down hard on this trip. OK, you notified us that there are protestors for a new contract, but how can it be legal for them to be on your property and harass guests? Waking the entire hotel up at 5 AM is not optimal for the union's cause, and the hotel did offer to let us cancel our reservations, but it's a sold out trade show, there really aren't options. Other hotels already settled but I went through this with the Sheraton four or five years ago too. Do better. Your competitors apparently have. Now, to the stuff that should have been better and could have been more easily fixed. AC apparently turned off the for the winter. Others in my company reported it wouldn't come on in their rooms either. My room was too hot the entire stay. This is a really crappy policy that many hotels have adopted to save money. No mention at check in that the lounge wouldn't offer breakfast even one day of my stay, or an offer to give coupons for breakfast in the restaurant until I pursued it. I'm upper level Bonvoy, it should have been mentioned. Food in restaurant and little store is mediocre, needs work. Since I couldn't eat fruit in the lounge I was hoping for something on the buffet, but there wasn't much healthy stuff. OK, let's get to the good stuff. Super friendly staff, obviously overworked with the strike going on. Nice room remodels, though the totally clear shower stall could easily be walked into in the night, as it's just off the walkway into the bathroom. They do need to check the USB outlets. There are lots of outlets (good) but many don't work. (not so good) I'll be back, but they really need to put their heads together on making guests more comfortable.

It's clear your recent stay fell short of expectations, particularly due to the ongoing union negotiations causing an early wake-up call. We're working diligently to rectify this situation both for our guests and associates. As for the issues you experienced with the AC and the lounge breakfast, we've taken note, and value your insights as a high-ranking Bonvoy member. Outdoor temperatures can indeed influence the cooling systems, and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused. On a brighter note, we're encouraged to hear that you appreciated the kind demeanor of our hardworking team members and appreciated the updates in room design. We do, however, sense your concern regarding the shower design and the reliability of the USB outlets, something we'll certainly look into. Feedback like yours about the dining options helps us improve, and we'll look into enhancing the variety of healthy options offered. The Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort awaits your return; we are optimistic that your future visits will reflect improvements anticipated after taking your suggestions to heart.

We stayed at this hotel in December. The hotel was beautiful, the staff at check in were amazing. Prior to coming I tried to get in touch with the hotel and I called 3 times without answer. When I arrived I was able to have all my questions kindly answered however I was disappointed I was unable to reach anyone. The first morning we woke to protesters at 5am with drums, horns, and megaphones. It was HORRIBLE. This proceeded the entire time we were there. Anytime between 430-6am they start. Then we received a letter under the door that said that there would be a fire alarm the following afternoon, we were leaving the next morning so we ignored it. Finally decided to lay down to try to sleep and the fire alarm was going off a day early. Not even the front desk knew what was going on. THEN I had a sugar low (diabetic) I didn’t have anything to help, the hotel does not have vending machines so I called the front desk as was told they won’t help because it’s our responsibility to handle our own food. I went to the front desk and begged for anything and I was given sugar packets. I still don’t know why it wasn’t offered in the first place. The check in staff were great the hotel location was great but the experience sucked

Katie, appreciate your feedback. Your comments indicate a series of unfortunate events during your stay, from communication issues prior to your arrival to early morning disturbances. Our team members at check-in aim to offer great service and will continue to do so. Regarding the labor action, it does occasionally lead to displeasing incidents which we truly regret. We are steadfast in our attempts to provide our guests with a peaceful experience, yet these are challenging circumstances. We hope that in the future, we will be able to fully meet your expectations. Regarding your medical condition, ordinarily, we do indeed advise guests to manage their food, however, the wellbeing of our guests is paramount, and we regret you were not immediately provided with sugar. Your experience has highlighted a chance for improvement, and we will certainly implement it. We wish to see you again for a more agreeable experience.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights during a Run Disney event. To get right to the point, we would stay here again. The hotel is close to the Disney parks and is well maintained. Here are the good and not so good based on our stay. The Good: clean comfortable room, resort like pool and hot tub area, clean and nice laundry facilities, well appointed exercise room (did not use). Many rooms have large balconies but some are small and allow only one person to stand on it. We had a big balcony and my son had a small one. Nice lounge, great store that sold a bit of everything including sandwiches. Good, albeit expensive, pizza restaurant on site. Excellent house keeping, and very comfortable beds. We had a walk in shower that was really nice. My son’s room had a less desirable tub/shower combo. Lots of USB outlets. The not so good: Before I start, none of these were issues that stop me from recommending this hotel as I would gladly stay here again. There are only two small drawers and a closet for your clothes. Space is limited in the bathroom too. This seems geared more toward convention attendees spending a couple of days. Club lounge was not very good. Breakfast was a bowl of scrambled eggs and oatmeal with the typical fruit, bagel, and cereal sides. You get a much nicer breakfast “for free” at most Hampton and Fairfield Inns and their equivalent. These club lounges are really a hit or miss with some being exceptional and others not. While Stopping in during the afternoon, the only thing offered is fountain Pepsi, water and coffee, no snacks, fruit, or appetizers. I called the front desk with a minor question and nobody answered the phone. I tried 4 times just to see if somebody would answer and they did not. For 3 of the mornings, protesters were out side banging drums and blowing horns. They moved on after a while and were not troublesome but for late sleepers this would be an issue. It’s one thing to strike and peacefully protest but when they interfere with others, it should be illegal and they should be trespassed and fined. I can’t understand why the noise making and disruption is tolerated by Anaheim and the surrounding hotels. I can’t hold the hotel too responsible for this behavior anymore than I can stop a bird flying over my head but that strike needs to get resolved. I’d fire the people who made the noise if I could. Elevators get some criticism but I did not find them slow at all. They just need their buttons replaced as some don’t light up after the floor is pushed. Overall, good stay. I’d like to come back when it’s warmer so that I can enjoy that nice pool. Just be prepared to have breakfast at the really nice IHOP across the street.
