Stayed here while scouting out locations for an upcoming film shoot. Kinda reminds me of Universal Blvd in Orlando when you're visiting Disney World. all sorts of hotels, restaurants, shops and Disneyland is right across the street. The hotel is reasonably priced ($200+ a night and closer to $300 during the summer when the Orange Country fair is going on). You're just a few miles from the Honda Center or from the MLB park where the Angels play. Clean but busy.

The hotel is clean, the rooms were nice. Not much else to say. Would stay there again. It's one of those hotels where you just know that you're stay will be enjoyable (uneventful) and dependable. You're primarily there to sleep since you're gone all day, but the staff and service is what you would reasonably expect from a major chain hotel.

The booking for myself and partner for three days was made through Travel agency as we were attending a business conference as part of USA expansion. As we were going to stay on for two more days made an additional booking through Travel agent and all confirmations were received.

Our shuttle dropped us at the wrong hotel and by time we arrived we were a little frustrated, the clerk booking us in was confused at the time when we advised we were staying five days but eventually found the bookings.

On arriving in our room level 10 found the lights flickered reported this and had a repair man come twice to replace the bulbs.

The following day we TV had poor reception and reported this and again repair arrived and after inspecting advised had to reset the computer.

In the lobby could not access the internet and the router was reset, this occurred on two more occasions during our stay and is the reason we did not pay for room access.

Day three and TV issue is back again that night, we choose to phone and there was no answer so we avoided watching channels that caused this problem.

Day four in the morning reported to reception that my credit card had been charged for the third time $50, I was advised that this had not occurred, as at today I can confirm that it was, as I still have two pending charges.

Day four (Sunday) in the afternoon arrived back to our room to find that the swipe cards did not work, trip back down to reception and advised that due to two separate bookings cards had expired (poor excuse and no apology).

Dinner that night tried to go to the restaurant to find it closed with no notice. On Monday night our fifth night again go to restaurant still closed and no notice, we went elsewhere and thus where unable to use all our credit on our “Gift Card” only to get back and see a sign in the Breakfast restaurant advising that dinner was in there for previous nights and again Monday.

Extremely disappointed in our stay and would not recomend this hotel, even a email of complaint was totally ignored.

We stayed for 2 nights so we could enjoy each park over 2 days. It is a 10 - 15min walk to the parks so very conveniently located.

The hotel restaurant serves up an excellent breakfast but so does IHOP across the road.

We missed the fireworks due to serious jetlag and not planning that properly but you can tell from the location you could even enjoy the display from the hotel room with a balcony view in the direction of the parks.

Room Tip: Try and get a room with the balcony view that looks over the park so you can catch the fireworks fro...

Location wise its the closest hotel chain to the park, there are other places to stay but mostly INNs and motels, lobby was quiet simple nothing fancy. they have a diner that you can have breakfast and lunch at, it closes at 3pm, mini mart is also available.
room wise is ok, nothing fancy, clean.
we were upgraded to club floor since as spg gold but the room was still standard.
upon check in, the room was not yet available and it was said since we are spg gold member, the late check out from other gold members made us unable to check in. certainly the first time i hear this.
overall, it was a pleasant stay. most of the time were spent at the parks so we didnt really need to stay in the hotel for too long. but since we are spg member we prefer to stay here again in the future

We stayed here from 26th October to 1st November 2013. Arriving at 8.30am on the Saturday after a long 15 hour flight and feeling tired and in need of a shower, it was fabulous to be able to check in straight away, at no extra cost, even though check in wasn't officially until about 4pm, it really made a huge difference to us. The staff were always very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was great, the view of Disneyland and the fireworks every night was wonderful (we were on floor 11). The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the lighting over the sink for putting on make up was good and the large wardrobe was very handy. We had breakfast every day at Molly's. The food was delicious and the huge serving sizes meant we usually didn't need lunch. The pool and spa were nice, very clean. Close to Disneyland (about a 10 minute walk) and a short taxi ride to many shopping centres. There's nothing negative to say about this hotel and we would gladly stay here again.

Room Tip: Higher floors facing Disneyland are well worth it.

Nothing fancy, but nice clean rooms that are within a 20 minute walk to Disneyland parks. There's also a shuttle. Parking is $16 a day, which is reasonable for California. Rooms are nice and clean and one side faces Disneyland, so you have a great view of the fireworks if you're in your room on your balcony at 9:30. You can buy park tickets anytime in the lobby to save you from the line in the park. We stayed on the Club Level so we had a nice continental breakfast in the morning and a good cocktail time with appetizers at night. Great value here in my opinion.

This hotel is in a good location - a really easy walk to the Disney Parks and a short $5 taxi ride back if you have been on your feet for too long. It has all the facilities you would expect from a hotel this size although it was full of people with huge name tags around their necks which suggests it is a hotel more geared for the business community. Nice pool area and most importantly very comfortable beds. The rooms are clean and tidy although the bathroom was a little tired and the wardrobe doors are hanging on by the skin of their teeth!! We were overlooking a car park so not a particularly nice room for sitting on the balcony but as part of a Virgin Holidays package I didn't really expect anything more. The price I was quoted for an 'upgrade' whilst not prohibitive did not seem worth it when you consider the amount of time you actually spend in a room. Very noisy guests next door could be clearly heard but to be fair, thus was right at the end of the stay .There is no info in the room about facilities ...or how to work the A/C which is quite fierce and I didn't find the reception staff to be particularly friendly but the staff in the restaurants and bars were. Plenty of places to eat close by. A well stocked shop downstairs serving a range of snacks and a 7-11 just down the block to stock the fridge in your room. All in all, quite contented :-)
