I was here at this hotel because I had to attend a conference at the Convention Centre. Walking distance to the convention Center and if you want even to the Disneyland. The room was clean but I can say a little outdated. The washroom didn't have an exhaust fan and with more than one person on the room was not so good. i had the room with two doubles - was the conference deal - $160/ night but with taxes I paid $1,200 for six nights - a little on the expensive side and the room was not so great - and no breakfast included. The staff seemed exceptionally friendly - everybody was saluting you - I didn't need any help from the staff anyway. The pool was excelent because it had a shaded area where you can sit or swim even during the hot day time. Do I come back to this hotel? Probably not if I have to pay for it myself - I could get better value for my money.

Stayed 4 nights for a conference at the convention center. The staff was very friendly throughout our stay. It was a quick walk to the convention center. We took the bus to Disneyland one evening, but ended up walking back and it wasn't a bad walk. The room was clean, but not very big. WI-FI was not free. Self parking was also very convenient and I believe it was free.

Stayed here for a few nights while going to Disneyland. We have stayed at several Marriots in different cities and are never disappointed. The beds are always super comfy which is what we like the most about them. This hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Disneyland and if you get a room facing the park you can see some of the fireworks at night. There is a Starbucks in the hotel and lots of places to eat nearby. We had breakfast at one of the restaurants in the hotel one morning and it was good but as expected very expensive. Also stopped by the bar for drinks and snacks one night, again good but expensive.

There is a hot tub which is nice to relax after a long day of walking.

My only complaint is the lack of wifi, well they have it but you have to pay which seems silly considering this is a pricey hotel.

Overall great and would definitely stay there again.

Room Tip: Try to get a room facing the parks to see the fireworks at night.

Would have given this hotel a 3 if it wasn't for the great customer service. Lobby area was nicely appointed. The restrauant was nice, great Buffett breakfast, $23.00. Had a great wait person both times I was in there. Being a Marriott Platinum member was upgraded to the conserage floor with access to the conserage suite. Food was just OK, but again the staff made up fot it with great customer service! Room was small and in need of a make over, bathroom was even smaller. Close access to Disney and the convention center. Overall, OK hotel with Great Staff.

Excellent service from all employees. Attractive lobby and grounds. Balloons for the kids. Room size was smaller than preferred but well appointed. Neighborhood construction made it somewhat difficult for pedestrians. Not far from Disney. Right next to Anaheim Convention Center.

Room Tip: Corner rooms on the tower have wraparound windows with nice views.
