Who exactly are we kidding? To give this establishment 4 Stars, or more, is ludicrous! Yes, it is a national chain, but what does that mean? That is a guarantee hit? Please! Have you tasted the latest Papa John's (sucks) or Pizza Hut (as bad)? National chain does not mean diddley, unless the kitchen knows how to put out a dish. Dishes:
Appetizer Chips with Salsa and Guacamole Corn Dips: Chips thin and crispy, salsa acceptable, guacamole and explosion of salt and lemon. 3 Stars.
Cajun Pasta with Sliced Chicken Breast: pasta acceptable, chicken tender, overall a nice dish. 3.5 Stars! ($12?).
Shrimp Tacos: 3 white flour tortillas, thick and chewy, with a microscopic amount of tiny shrimp, covered and expanded with the sweetest, unlikable salsa. I am not kidding, one of the tacos appeared to have only two of these miniature shrimp. Simply unacceptable and the oldest trick in the kitchen "let's load up on the accessories and skim on the main thing!". 1 Star (being reasonable) $11.
Tilapia-fish, with mango and avocado sauce, rice and steamed broccoli. The tilapia is farmed, the rice is average, the salsa almost like the shrimp's, plentiful, sweet and highly unlikable. The fish maybe 4 oz, nice and tender. $12? This dish is ruined by the amount of their salsa they put on top, turns the whole thing into a very sad fare. 2.5 Stars.
Coffee: surprisingly good, had to wave for second round. 3.5 Stars.
Server: Adrianna, pretty, nice mannered, and happy to please (tip reflected such behavior) 4 Stars.
Final bill: around $50, a little less, 22% tip included. Ouch! The other day it was Coco's, today it was Chilli's!
Big Hint: when you enter an establishment during their working hours, even though you decide to eat something between lunch and dinner, and you see a place that normally seats 180 to 200 people empty, make a UTurn and as fast as you can manage avoid said place like a plague.
Is happening more and more often, the real good places are packed every working hour, they are always moving food and people. A sad deserted place indicates you are about to take a sting, that your wallet and your sense of fair play will regret for the next few days.
I am sure that Chili's appeals to some demographic. Places that exist but are incapable to deliver above average food. 2 Stars.

The food is quite tasty at this restaurant and they have good specials. I've tried many of their menu items. (Potato soup is delicious) I've eaten here several times and lately the last few times it seems as if the server is absent and the wait for your food (over 30 minutes tonight) Just for a burger and fries. Happened again tonight (Monday) so no busy weekend excuses. They use to come back a few times and ask if everything is Ok but lately if you need something (or missing something) you cant get a hold of the server. I Hope this improves. Food is really good but Service is very important and can make or break that perfect meal. Since the food is good and the service has not totally slipped I'd have to say they are very good. This Chilis is across the street from us. When we're hungry and don't have time for cooking or just lazy, we eat here, or order online to pick-up. Can't beat their dinner for 2 for $20.

Celebrated a birthday with friends and family at a place that was easy to access and OPEN on Christmas Eve. Typical Chili's fare. Great service with drinks marked down as a football game came on.

I order a chicken alfredo pasta, and they always burn the chicken.. The manager knows that they have a problem and doesn't fix it nor take care of their complaining customers..
