Owner description: The Pacific Pinball Museum is a 501 c 3 non profit dedicated to teaching science, art and history through pinball and to display and preserve this great American treasure. It is also a hands on interactive experience of fun! Over 85 games to play from the earliest pinball machines to the latest. One admission lets you play all day to your hearts content, without fumbling for quarters. It is family friendly and educational with shows on the art of pinball, exhibits on pinball science and our permanent historical display of pinball evolution. People from the world over have given us rave reviews and love our unique presentation of this classic game. Our large format murals of hand painted backglass art are admired and coveted by artists and pinheads alike and the chance to play a completely transparent pinball machine is icing on the cake.

This is fun. Lots of variety pinball machines old, new and in between. Having owned and played the old machines as a kid even I was impressed with the selection. Play one or all of them this is a fun way to spend a couple hours. Unique setting and art. I would recommend this as a will do item should you find yourself in Alameda with some spare play time.

This is another hidden gem in Alameda. Pinball machines set up to admire and play. It's a great way to check out how technology for these machines have changed over the decades. Fascinated by the simple or the complex, there will be a machine there that you fall in love with. Reasonable price for big fun.

Amazing collection of vintage pinball machines all working and all for a flat fee. Lovingly restored and maintained. Kids of all ages can enjoy this local gem.

A friend and I have been wanting to stop in here for some time, and I'm glad we finally did - what a blast! During our visit, there were about 60 machines working and available for unlimited play (after paying $15 admission fee), from machines built in the early '50s up to and including current machines like Iron Man and Tron. In addition to the pinball machines there are a handful of other arcade games, but the pinball machines are the real attraction including the three machines built out of plexiglass which allow you to see the inner workings while the machine is in play. And they also have a couple vintage jukeboxes, including an old Seeburg in the front room.

We only stayed about an hour and a half, but I plan to return again the next time I have a visitor who is interested in visiting this fine attraction.

This is a fun place to go for something a little different to do. There are a ton of pinball machines and the entry fee allows you to play all of them an unlimited number of times. We had fun trying out all the old a new machines. A little bit pricey to get in though I thought.
