The price of the room was great and the breakfast was good in the morning. The big problem was that for whatever reason where our room was located the internet connection did not work! This is a big deal because people these days need to stay somewhere where they can be online. My wife and I were on a long trip and we particularly were looking forward to stopping to relax and check e-mail, watch netflix, and check some of our apps on our ipads. All night we were frustrated by the internet going in and out. Best case, we'd be able to get online for a couple of minutes before the signal strength went out again and we'd get cut off. Wireless is probably THE most important feature for us and we didn't have it. Finally, I called the help desk and they asked me to bring my ipad to the lobby. I did but knew I'd get internet there. The problem was that I couldn't get it in our room. They offered for us to switch rooms, but at this point it was 11pm and our baby was already asleep. It would've been way too much work to change rooms. To be honest, we probably should've gotten our room free. This was not a small problem. Paying a cheaper price didn't come close to being worth not having internet all night and again in the morning.
