This is the place you want to be on a sunny Saturday afternoon. You may have to wait for a table outside if your not early. Tables do seem to free up at 2:00pm as the first groups finish. A pitcher of beer is $5.50 and their delisious wings are around $8.00. There is a country band playing with lots of people dancing. Some even ride up on horseback.

In fairness, we generally go to Fillys on Wednesday's, which is $5 wings and $5 pitchers day. You get a dozen wings, any style/ sauce for $5. You can order pitchers of Fillys froth (Natural Light) for $5. And, they have now added a salad, served in a tortilla bowl with chicken and cheese on top, for $5. Plus, you can sit outside, in back, at the picnic tables, and enjoy a view of the Superstition Mountains while drinking and munching the day away. Or, watch the cowboys and cowgirls ride up and tether their horses at the back fence, while stopping in for a cold refreshment.
No fancy dancey stuff here, just fun, food, and beverages. The wait staff are fun, have phenomenal memories, and many are related to the owner. Our favorite waitress, Kyla, just had a birthday and now can serve beer. In the past, she has taken the order, but someone else, of age, would have to deliver it. To show you how the patrons, mostly older snowbirds, feel about her, last Wednesday, a large group that she always takes care of, brought her birthday cards and a birthday cake.
There is a big cactus, about 40 feet tall, at the back of the outdoor area, and it makes a great focal point for pictures with the Superstitions in the background.
Sometimes, as in this past Wednesday, they have music ( both kinds, Country & Western ) on the patio during the lunch hours.
It ain't fancy, but we like it!

Worst food we have ever had 2 of us got sick on it everything is frozen food they way they cook it is in a deep fryer it was not cook enough raw inside hot grease squirts out all over your month and cloths. Drinks are not good and on the high side. Service was terrible. All of us would never go back and will tell everyone we know. From what I can see the only way they stay open is because of the locals coming in for the band if it was not for that they would be going brook and would half to close down. At the very least they should stop serving food.

I went their with husband Valentines 2009. I went back every day for three days. This year going for 5 days. Great outdoor venue, great band for dancing, great food, chicken fingers are great and so are ribs. People ride up and tie up their horses. Takin my dancin boots this time. A new annual tradition for this country girl from Cali.
