We rode motorcycles to Hannagan Meadow Lodge for a two night stay. Awesome. The location can't be beat. The owner, Larry, and his staff were incredible. It was like staying with friends. The food in the restaurant was really good. I had grilled salmon the first night, as good as any I have ever had. The breakfast buffet had scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, fruit, biscuits and gravy, toast. After we sat down and got through most of our breakfasts, the owner came to the table and asked if he could fix us some pancakes. If we needed more bacon, a plate full was brought out and shared among all of the tables. It didn't feel like a restaurant. Our cabin, #6, was big and could sleep about 10. Rustic. Not a city hotel, but lots of character. Great front porch on which to sit and watch the squirrels. Best thing, no cell service, no TV. Very relaxing. I would recommend this lodge to anyone who can live without TV or a cell phone for more than an hour.

Room Tip: Pick a cabin rather than rooms in the lodge. But book early and cabins require a 2 night stay over the weekend.

Riding to Hannagan Meadow Lodge on motorcycles was a beautiful curvy ride. The air is clean and fresh, smelling of pine. The scenery is beautiful. The Lodge is old, very well maintained; like stepping back in time. The rooms are very nicely done with quilts and very comfortable, the windows open so you can get that great clean mountain air smell. The Hannagan Meadow Lodge has rooms in the lodge and also cabins that can be rented;
The staff were friendly, attentive and made you feel like family. Supper along with the salad bar was awesome and breakfast served was very good with plenty of choices.
Family friendly atmosphere, fire at night to roast marshmallows. Wildlife to view and water near by to fish.
Will definitely visit again!!

Room Tip: All the room that are group had were great rooms. Several people had cabins and they loved them also.

We just returned from our over night stay at a Hannigan Meadow. It was very quiet place. Beautiful . The staff is wonderful. The food was great. We plan to go there again. We will probably stay in one of the cabins next time.

If you're looking for a place to get away from it all this is the place for you! No phones, no internet, no tv in every room! Just nature and lots of it! The owners and the staff are wonderful and friendly and make you feel at home. I look forward to every visit to this wonderful place.

Room Tip: Cabins are "rustic" but offer the most quiet and privacy, rooms in the lodge are beautiful....

We go to Hannagan Meadow when we want to go to a quiet and magical place to relax. The staff are always wonderful and accommodating! The room was so comfy, clean, and as close to home as we can get. Wild Bill is there to share his stories of cowboying and this adds to the experience of a remote, beautiful, and old west experience.
