“Favorite spot in Auburn”

This was our second time to stay at the Crenshaw House, and it certainly did not disappoint! The rooms were neat and clean and the breakfast was outstanding. We attended a football game, and could easily walk to the stadium. The owners are wonderful and so personable -- it was just a delight to stay here. We stayed in the Petrie Suite, which allowed my daughter her own bedroom. Everything is beautifully decorated and full of charm. With two kids attending Auburn University, this will be the first place I check for reservations when I visit!

Room Tip: I do not think you can choose a "bad" room. Each one is decorated differently and has it...

Can't say enough about this wonderful B&B and the great folks that run it. Excellent accommodations, fantastic breakfast each morning, with homemade snacks available 24 hours a day. Easily in walking distance of great restaurants and downtown shopping. If you are going to visit Auburn, this is the place to stay.

Room Tip: The rooms inside the house actually have separate beds in different adjoining rooms. Almost like tw...

We just enjoyed our second stay at the Crenshaw House. And, just like the first time, it was a delight! The accommodations are perfect for a long weekend in Auburn, with comfortable and spacious rooms. On this trip, we opted for the pet-friendly rooms so we could bring along our new puppy. The property has recently undergone several improvements and so welcoming and relaxing. Thanks to the Jenkins for their hospitality and the delicious breakfasts!

My family of five lucked upon staying with the Jenkins at the Crenshaw House over our Spring Break. We were in town to check out Auburn University. They provided the perfect place for our family-a two bedroom, two bath unit with kitchenette. The rooms were clean and roomy right off a green yard large enough to throw a football around, which some of the other guests were doing. It was like staying with relatives. Their family was so warm and welcoming, offering much advice about where to go and what to see. Steve could even answer questions about the University, because he is an alumni. We were close enough to town to walk everywhere we were interested in going. The breakfast was delicious as well. We look forward to staying there again!

What a wonderful place to stay. We spent a weekend at the Crenshaw house with family and we had a magnificent stay. Steve and Sarah (owners) were so accommodating. They constantly went out of their way to provide in any way. The house and grounds were immaculate, the rooms were very well kept and spacious. I would highly recommend staying at the Crenshaw house.

Room Tip: Our family used all rooms at the house (9 total) so we had a good idea of what all is available. Th...

My 22 year old daughter and I just stayed at The Crenshaw House last Thursday and our stay was everything we had hoped it would be and more. We live in Annapolis, MD and so had a very long 12 hour ride to Alabama. Needless to say, we were quite tired when we arrived. We were greeted by the Jenkins' daughter, Katie, who was delightful and very welcoming. She educated us on the hot spots for dinner and we were able to walk into town which is just a few blocks away. Upon our return to The Crenshaw, we met the proprietors Steve and Sarah and their other two children greeted us as well. We had such an enjoyable and yet unexpected time of fellowship with them and their spirit of hospitality was such a blessing. The accomodations are lovely. It is clear that Sarah has a heart to serve her guests and that was evidenced in the rooms as well as in the common area. Breakfast was delicious. Thank you to Danielle. We look forward to opportunities to stay again with the Jenkins and would highly recommend lodging at The Crenshaw! My husband and I usually stay at a B&B when we travel and The Crenshaw will definitely be added to our list of favorites!
