I stumbled upon this place after seeing several people enter a tunnel that leads to a parking area from College street. I followed them wanting to know what was back there and assumed since it was lunch time that there must be something good. Boy, was I right!
I got the pork rinds at the suggestion of the bartender and while they were slightly on the salty side, when they came out they were still popping from being cooked and otherwise tasty. The hand pattied burger came out with the cheese and sliced peppers I ordered. It was outstanding. I had good interaction with both the bartender and another gentleman who I assume was either the owner or the manager.
I'd send out the pork rinds with a shaker of the salt mixture to let customers salt it to their own taste. The burger that I had ordered medium came out on the rarer side of medium rare, which is ok by me, but I'd bet a lot of people would send it back. Just keep an eye on that.
I loved this place. Great food, great service, all in a unique atmosphere.
