Due to Covid-19, the hotel was sparsely occupied. However, the service remained truly impeccable. It is difficult to imagine how the hotel staff remains upbeat, professional and attentive during this most challenging time. We did not experience any decline in service from our previous wonderful stays. From Ali at the front desk to Abdul at the bell stand - each employee was gracious and appreciative. The property is handling Covid-19 flawlessly and I recommend you pamper yourself in this safe and luxurious environment! Thank you to the entire staff!

If you want to be well pampered, feel like you are a queen, be recognized by all of the staff, sleep on sheets that feel like silk...then this is the place for you! I can't imagine a more beautiful hotel room.

I've got two words for you: Harrison Kelbert. Clone him and the Trump Hotel will have all the patronage it needs and more (we are now Trump Hotel converts). Almost all the associates we interacted with were fabulous, with one exception (didn't catch his name but he treated us with some disdain as if we didn't belong at the Trump--c'est la vie), but Harrison is head and shoulders above the rest. Attentive, gracious, polite, knowledgeable, and accommodating, without being obsequious, Harrison enriched our first visit to the Trump Hotel in D.C. for my wife's birthday to an extent that we have never before experienced. The hotel itself is blow-your-mind gorgeous but it is the people like Harrison who make it an out-of-this-world experience that makes us want to keep coming back. Exceptional doesn't even begin to describe Harrison's service--he made us feel at home, if home were a Castle and we were royalty. Think Downton Abbey! The bottom line is this: we are not wealthy but we work hard and we decide where to spend our money based on value for money and Harrison almost single-handedly delivered what we, and any other traveler, would hope for.

Simply amazing! Spotless clean, room and bathroom are sumptuous, the room is huge, the bed is perfect, food is really good and the staff - the most polite ever! I could not find one fault to this place.

My husband and I stay here every year for our wedding anniversary, and every year the accommodations are beautiful and the staff are truly unparalleled anywhere else. Everyone is so professional and friendly and everybody greats you. The lobby itself is incredibly impressive, but the rooms have been outstanding every year. So clean and stylish. And the amenities are wonderful. The bed and the sheets alone, mean that every year on the morning when it’s time to check out my husband looks at me and says let’s stay a few more days! We love it here.
