I've got two words for you: Harrison Kelbert. Clone him and the Trump Hotel will have all the patronage it needs and more (we are now Trump Hotel converts). Almost all the associates we interacted with were fabulous, with one exception (didn't catch his name but he treated us with some disdain as if we didn't belong at the Trump--c'est la vie), but Harrison is head and shoulders above the rest. Attentive, gracious, polite, knowledgeable, and accommodating, without being obsequious, Harrison enriched our first visit to the Trump Hotel in D.C. for my wife's birthday to an extent that we have never before experienced. The hotel itself is blow-your-mind gorgeous but it is the people like Harrison who make it an out-of-this-world experience that makes us want to keep coming back. Exceptional doesn't even begin to describe Harrison's service--he made us feel at home, if home were a Castle and we were royalty. Think Downton Abbey! The bottom line is this: we are not wealthy but we work hard and we decide where to spend our money based on value for money and Harrison almost single-handedly delivered what we, and any other traveler, would hope for.More
