We (family of 4, with 2 kids under 10) stayed at the Willard over Easter weekend. The hotel is charming. The room was very nice. At first they only had a king bed room despite the fact that I booked 2 queens over the internet. They also had no rollaways. While they were apologetic, they were not offering any solutions. Eventually, after lunch and some shock and dismay on my part a room with 2 beds appeared. There is no pool but they advertise a spa. Oddly, when we called for massage reservations when we checked in, 2pm Friday, they were fully booked until Sunday evening. A nice spa isn't much of an attraction if it doesn't have the capacity to serve the size of the hotel. The concierge was great and the place was very lively -- it seemed like all of DC comes to the Willard for Easter brunch.
