I had the pleasure of eating at BLT for a business dinner. in summary, the steaks are world class, the service top notch, and the atmosphere is modern California and tending to "hipster". The only downside was that the with all the windows open on a warm summer night, the street traffic noises were very noticeable.
The business dinner was a success, so BLT did the job.
The Waygu beef was very, very good, but not sure it was worth 60 dollars and that much better than regular prime grade.
The popovers were loved by all and a signature dish. We liked so much that we asked for some to take home,
Dessert was also on the same excellent level.
We all left satisfied.
