I was very impressed with the early morning tour and tour guide as we entered Washington from Union Station and toured the memorials to presidents. The distance between attractions is very short and so stopping time can be quite lengthy. I was disappointed when we caught the yellow line to Georgetown. The bus skipped Georgetown entirely and other passengers proceeded to discuss this with the conductors who initially seemed confused. Then we waited and we waited, wasting valuable time in Washington as they seemed intent on getting new customers rather than carrying on with the journey. The worst point was an argument between 2 staff members which was very unprofessional. I think what was difficult was paying for all three lines and then the extra yellow line not going where we were told it would. All being said the red and blue lines were a very positive experience and the negative aspects of the trip could have been down to a couple of disorganised staff members!
