Service was great but the Chicken Parm was like rubber. Either it was frozen and microwaved or they need a chef. Pizza needs gravy ok sauce for you non Italians. The Calamari for appetizer the breading came off when you put a folk in it.

Superb Italian bistro tucked inside Embassy Suites Hotel. Reasonable prices, excellent buffet, fascinating menu.

The food was fine. Nothing special or memorable. The service was TERRIBLE!!! I would have written a decent review, or none at all had the attitudes of the staff not been so poor. The people you have representing your restaurant should make guests feel welcome, not a bother. Like you are putting them out. If you don't have people skills you should not work with people.

Average Italian fare. Great location inside the Embassy Suites. If you're tired, or the weather doesn't allow for it, a meal at Trattoria Nicola's will suffice. Pizza is decent, pasta meals are ok...good service the 2 times we decided to stay in the hotel to have dinner

The pizza's were great and they made fantastic coffee. The room service was very prompt and they were happy to oblige to our unusual cutlery request.
