“Convenient”
Reviewed July 11, 2013

This restaurant is in the atrium area of the Embassy Suites. We had traveled through the day without a chance to eat so we headed downstairs and ordered a pizza at the bar. It was excellent! There is a good variety on the menu and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

“very good for a hotel restaurant”
Reviewed June 30, 2013

Sometimes, after a long day of walking under the sun, you don't feel like going out to eat. So we tried this restaurant in the embassy suites hotel where we had a room. SURPRISE ! Salads were good, and the entrees (salmon, pasta with seafood and the chicken breast) were all good and tasty. for dessert, the tiramisu in a chocolate cup (made of dark chocolate) and the creme brulee were good. Service was friendly. for my personnal taste, there was a little bit too much salt in the entrees and a bit too much sugar in the creme brulee, but it is more of a personnal taste as they were very good

“Very disappointing”
Reviewed June 10, 2013

We are staying at the Embassy Suites so decided to try this restaurant. We were very disappointed. We began by ordering wine, and were told that they had run out of several white wines. Then when we ordered dessert, we were told they had run out of ice cream and sorbet which were both listed on the menu. When one of our party was served dessert (the chocolate cake, which was good) they told us they had just run out of their apple pastry which two of our party had ordered. Funnily enough, the chocolate cake was served with ice cream... The final straw came when we were served cold coffee. Overall a very disappointing dining experience. Although convenient as it is in the hotel, we will not return and would not recommend as the quality was simply not good enough.

“Best Italian Trattoria EVER!!!!”
Reviewed June 6, 2013

There was absolutely nothing we disliked. Everything was perfect from the service to the ambiance to the food, the amazing selections and the prices. Having traveled through Italy several times, it is difficult to impress me with Italian cuisine, but Nicola's has far surpassed any meal I ever indulged in all over Europe. The Antipasti Buffet for $ 11.99 is even served with a Pasta dish.
