Our meal was exceptionally good. The portions were excellent and the food was aesthetically and deliciously appealing. Even the bread was well above average. There was a $35 pre-dinner prix fixe offer which was definitely a good option. The four of us had disparate menu items that were consistently excellent and interestingly delicious - salade frisee, eggplant gazpacho, spaghetti Bolognese that tasted like Boeuf Bourginon, an unusual Lemon Chicken Schnitzel, soft shell crab and meatloaf. We shared two desserts that were really exceptional - a loaf-size crème brulee and a work of art posing as a Cherry Tart.
And the price tag was extremely reasonable for a meal of this sort and quality. I would for sure go back there again if afforded the opportunity.
